Due to the price of the component which was reasonable I weighed my options and opted not to have it repaired. I came in and paid the Diagnostics and he disposed of my TV at no charge. I am more than satisfied with my interaction with this business and the gentleman. He treated me like a valued customer even though it was my first time. Even with coming in so close to closing time I felt like I was a priority and received immediate attention. Very professional and pleasant the whole time. Great business. I will be coming back.

It's disappointing that he can't do small stuff; especially given that the chip in question is downright huge by the standards of phones and such; but I'm giving 4 stars anyway because he didn't attempt to do something he couldn't, destroying my parts in the process. I still have my parts and can send them to someone that specializes in the small stuff, and that's actually one of the better results I've had with local soldering shops. I wouldn't bring him anything too intricate, but he would be my first stop for something easy like a TV.

I called this business to see if they carried a battery for my Toro lawnmower. After talking with…read morethe person who answered the phone she verified that they had the battery and that the cost was around $125.00. My husband went to pick up the battery. When he arrived to purchase it the woman realized that she had made a mistake. My husband called me to check and see if we wanted to spend that amount. The cost was 295.39! That's a huge mistake. We ultimately purchased it and the billed us because my husband did not have the cash with him and then they were charging a 3% charge for a credit card. We needed the battery that day so he purchased it. I think it would have been fairer to offer a discount because we were given the wrong price and it was a 25 minute drive to get to their business.
