I just hung up with you "customer service" and she actual said to me that she is helping me but I don't like what she's telling me so items my problem. I have had numerous calls over the past week and everyone of them has been a bad experience. You need to train your people. They really don't seem to give a crap about customers or satisfaction. I just googled speed queen and it is a running theme in the reviews. You guys charge a ton for your machines. You should invest in polite helpful customer service reps. When he arrived to purchase it the woman realized that she had made a mistake. My husband called me to check and see if we wanted to spend that amount. The cost was 295.39! That's a huge mistake. We ultimately purchased it and the billed us because my husband did not have the cash with him and then they were charging a 3% charge for a credit card. We needed the battery that day so he purchased it. I think it would have been fairer to offer a discount because we were given the wrong price and it was a 25 minute drive to get to their business.
