Due to the price of the component which was reasonable I weighed my options and opted not to have it repaired. I came in and paid the Diagnostics and he disposed of my TV at no charge. I am more than satisfied with my interaction with this business and the gentleman. He treated me like a valued customer even though it was my first time.
