I handed the associate my keys, explaining I needed a new battery in my key fob. She asked, "Would you like a one-time battery for $11.99, or a lifetime battery for $19.99?" I thought about it for a second. I only needed one battery. But if I would ever need a second, it makes sense to get the lifetime battery instead of paying for two at $11.99 each. So I chose the lifetime battery. The associate took my fob into the back room to change my battery. I blinked, and she was back! Seriously, it only took about 30 seconds to change out my battery. It, surprisingly, took longer to ring me up than it took for the actual service. I can definitely recommend this place. Fair prices, friendly service and super fast.

He took my fob, disappeared behind a wall... thinking he's looking it up on a computer or reference manual. A minute and a half later he came back and said here you go. A bit surprised as he said cash or credit... charged me just under $18. I said all I wanted is for you to tell me which battery I needed... I asked how much is the battery. Less than $7, so paid $11 for an install of the battery which I didn't ask for. I spend $300-$400/year at that location (car batteries, marine batteries, sump pump backup batteries, etc.) Done...

We then explored options to upgrade my sons phone from an old iPhone to a new one. I was told we could do the trade in and it would reduce the cost of the phone by $400. So I said let's do that. I again did not want the phone insurance and I signed and paid the taxes. After all of that he tells me oh we don't have the phone here you will have to go to Germantown to pick it up. So the next day I go to pick it up and they take my trade in and give me the new phone. I log in online and I see another phone line added. I call Verizon corporate to see if there was an error but there wasn't. The man at the Store didn't really issue a trade in, he added a line And added device insurance To 2 lines. So I go back to verizon after my two hour phone call with corporate and he try's to tell me that's what I wanted to do and it's a kids phone so just make him change his number and cancel the old number after 30 days. I said No! Since I wasn't getting a trade in I demanded I get the old phone back. I left there and called corporate to get my bill corrected and get that line deleted as I never wanted a new one to begin with. I get my old phone back and now am in the process of doing a trade in towards the phone I got that day but via corporate. Also come to find out the trade in is only $200. Oh and I almost forgot...he almost convinced me to upgrade my phone and I even paid off my installment on my current phone. I then decided to keep what I have but he said well I'm not going to cancel the order just in case you change your mind. I said I'm not changing my mind and to cancel. He didn't so I found a way to cancel online. Not getting that commission buddy. Needless to say my bill is a mess ($587). I've wasted countless hours on something that should be simple. I wasted gas driving to another store. Do NOT use this store! save yourself the headache and your pocket book from this nightmare And just drive across town.
