The price was definitely less expensive than buying a new iPad. The screen replacement cost with iTC was much less than any other repair business I called. He did a great job with the repair, communicated with me throughout the whole process and followed up if there were any issues. The iPad is working great and I'm really glad I called iTC Repairs. I would 100% recommend iTC for any computer, cell phone or tablet repairs.

An Ipad fell onto a hard floor and the screen was badly smashed. iTC fixed it in just a few hours, for about half the price that Apple would have charged. It's as good as new now! It's rare to get fast, quality work at a reasonable price, but believe it or not, that's what they do here. I hope we never break anything else, but if we do, iTC will be our place to go!

He said to just bring the computer on by (even though they are closed on Sunday) and he would take a look. He wasn't able to remedy the situation immediately Sunday, but had a tech take a look Monday morning. I got a call from Gabe the tech and he confirmed it was my SSD. He explained all of his findings clearly, was patient with my questions and then he ordered the recommended SSD replacement for the computer. He installed the next day and I got my computer back by mid-week. Why I love this place is they were friendly, honest and quick. Thanks for getting me back up and running!!
