My former go to repair service is now out of business so I took a chance and called Red Potion Computers and in talking to Manning learned that he used to work for my prior service. I would highly recommend Manning and will definitely use his services for any future computer repairs.

Anyways, Paolo (the owner) is incredible to work with. Not only was he able to turn on my water damaged iPhone and restore/back-up all of my data (like photos, apps, messages, etc), but he sat with me to explain the process as I downloaded all of this onto my MacBook and then onto my new phone. Talk about spectacular customer service! I had actually gone to the Apple store and they told me that since my phone had water damage there was nothing they could do about getting it back on. Paolo told me he was able to turn it on quite easily and it really may only need a battery change. He had this information for me within 30 minutes of me dropping the phone off (tops)! My total bill for all of his energy, expertise and patience was only $40. I will never go anywhere else for my iPhone/computer needs in MKE.

The price was definitely less expensive than buying a new iPad. The screen replacement cost with iTC was much less than any other repair business I called. I would 100% recommend iTC for any computer, cell phone or tablet repairs.

We are remodeling our kitchen and needed a new set of appliances. At the suggestion of our…read moredesigner, we scheduled an appointment with a salesperson. When we arrived, we learned that it happened to be the salesperson's day off. Fortunately, the sales manager stepped in and spent the next couple of hours with us, discussing our needs and helping us narrow down the many available options. Since we weren't committed to any particular brand, we had a wide range of choices. The first appliances presented to us were all top-of-the-line models. I don't necessarily have a problem with that, but I always find it helpful to compare those premium models with second- and third-tier alternatives to better understand the trade-offs. I wish appliance dealers had better tools to make those comparisons easier. It turns out that quality appliances are expensive... or at least the ones we ended up selecting! The sales manager also helped us work through all of the other details and put together a package proposal that included package discounts. Overall, we felt well taken care of. We're not sure yet whether we'll be purchasing our appliances here, but based on our experience, we would definitely shop here again.

More recently, we came to look at dishwasher and fridge (two different occasions a few months apart). We had done a lot of research beforehand and visited a few other retailers prior to our visit. The salesman we encountered was friendly, but wanted to sell us a different brand than we requested and hardly wanted to show us the brand that interested us. In the end, we found better promotion and delivery prices elsewhere, but we'd still keep this place in mind.

Overall, I was very glad I checked it out. Contrary to another review, this is not sub-par furniture. It is high quality furniture that has not reached the end of its useful life. I purchased 3 Steelcase office chairs, 2 file cabinets, waiting room seating (6 chairs), work tables and rolling files that were as good as any that I, as an employee of some large firms, had used in the past. Moreover, I could have ANY product that I wanted recovered, repainted or refurbished -- with the final cost still way below new retail. Everything was cleaned up and locks were re-keyed. I needed some specific additional items and was able to order them new. I bought a reception desk and two desks with overhead bins and pedestals. Higher quality and equal in cost to the typical Sauder-type items I found on the internet. Delivery and installation was great. I was so pleased to have checked out OFR. Right now I need a few more office items and OFR will be my first choice.

He told me that since I had the piece that had broken off, he could repair is and you wouldn't even know it had been broken. It would look like new! When I picked up the drawer, I was very disappointed to see the obvious crack where it had been glued together as well as a finger wide dull swipe that ran the length of the crack. Clearly where he wiped off the excess epoxy. I expressed my disappointment after being charged $40.00 for a little bit of epoxy. I could have done a better job myself. No one ever called me back to address my concern. I am now looking for somewhere else to take the drawer to have the front replaced because the "repair" looks terrible. I wish I could post the picture, but see no option for that.
