Now, I bought a Groupon for my parents as a Christmas gift and was present when their vehicle was dropped off and picked up. To be clear, I was the paying customer and the following describes the results of my experience. Whether it was returning the vehicle with wet seats, leaving a waxy mess in various areas, completely missing obvious spots that needed attention, or adding blemishes that weren't there to begin with, OCDetailing definitely left me feeling like I'd wasted my money. I recommend avoiding this place, even if a Groupon "special" tempts you.

took my 2014 Avalon for a detail job on 4-8-2019. was there for two days picked it up on 4-10…read more noted two large damaged areas on the drivers door with paint brushed on them( appeared with a barn brush) , multiple buffer burn marks, and stuff on the windows that won't clean off. during the walk around at delivery, i pointed these conditions out to John , he stated don't know how that happened but wasn't done here. i would have said maybe it happened somewhere else but, I just had that side of the car repainted at a body shop . his insurance company stated if I have no video proof of it happening the actual minute it happened then no payment.as far as the rest of the job interior was cleaned ,buffer dust everywhere in the trunk, vents and door jambs. I wish people would just be honest when the damage something and make it right. I will not recommend J&J DETAILING TO ANYONE . I WILL ADVISE ANYONE I MEET TO AVIOD THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. unless you want to pay $140.00 to have your car damaged .a job that PDQ would have done better for $50.00 and no damages!!

The customer service at the car wash location itself is really great! Unfortunately, they are unable to keep management or support the nice staff that they have. Corporately this place needs to be more professional and proactive with customer service needs. The first over charges I had took over a month to get a response. This month I am having a similar issue. I decided to go ahead and take my three vehicles elsewhere. It's so nice to have that option. I hope this company can do better in the future. You sure are risking some great employees at the location I used to go to.

First and foremost, the two guys working there today where very helpful and super friendly. That just isn't expected at a car wash! Because this is an express, you pay at a drive through machine outside. I was having a problem with the payment, and a guy came running out to help. Inside, the guy spraying my car told me to have a great day... twice! Little things like this makes me as a customer feel pretty good.... And willing to go back! Next, the place is pretty new, clean, and has free vacuums available. All a big thumbs up.
