The crew is professional and insured. They washed the inside trim, windows and sliding glass doors, and included the baseboards washing floors. Items on shelves were picked up and cleaned, too. Definitely, detail oriented. I like the professional touches of refolding used bathroom towels, folding kitchen towels as bows, and even stamping a smiley face on toilet paper rolls. The fees are appropriate. Today they did the Deep Cleaning for $350, with a crew of 2 working nonstop for 6 hours. I will follow up monthly with their Basic Cleaning for $250.

Chem-Dry of Oshkosh did an awesome job with my parents house…read more My parents had 3 dogs, the last of which recently passed. They were waiting to invest in a good carpet cleaning until now after 5 years of hard goodbyes (and accidents). They got out everything. It was a full house cleaning, probably 1000 s ft of space (because the kitchen and dining areas are tile) and it was well under the 500 they budgeted. Every stain was out, and the 12-ish year old carpet looked new. And all done in 2 hours. The service was great too - they listened to my mom (I had been visiting from out of state), and were kind and courteous (a dad-son team). They came in the range they specified - near the end of it from a busy day of appts. Note: they don't move anything, and we knew this. Just saying so no one expects that. Highly recommend.

5 Stars - Outstanding Service!…read more Rob and Mike from BrightSight Window Cleaning came out today and did an amazing job pressure washing our house and garage, as well as cleaning the gutters. They were extremely professional from start to finish--showed up on time, worked efficiently, and clearly take pride in their work. What really stood out was their attention to detail. After they wrapped up, they took the time to walk me around the property, point out a few problem areas, and even offered helpful advice on how to address them. It's rare to find a team that goes above and beyond like that. Very pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend BrightSight to anyone looking for quality exterior cleaning. Great experience all around!
