We are very satisfied with the service and product. In 2018 we went back to Sew Biz to order matching shades for a bay window and a bow window. They did half the work and then were completely unresponsive for the other canvas work. I had 2 colors of canvas for over half the summer. They told me that when "Dealer Orders" or "Other Work" come in, they put outside work on hold. I never heard of this. The work they did is sketchy at best and the bimini holds water after rain. I hired Carl from Marine Tops to redo all the work. If you have any questions on NEW Canvas, just walk around any Marina and ask people. Their reputation is well known, and it is not good.
