However, when the boyfriend called around 10:30am, he was told to bring it on over and they'd squeeze us in. And they did just that -- we were out of there by 11:45am for a whopping $28. The boyfriend confirmed that they had properly removed the tire and patched it from the inside, and we haven't had a moment's trouble since (knock on wood!). The TV in the waiting area was annoying, but I eventually located the remote and was able to turn it off. Hooray! Plus, the only mail I've received from them is a coupon for an oil change -- no deluge of spam. Since I drive a Volkswagen, I'm pretty paranoid about non "Das Auto" folks working on my car, but I'd definitely go back here for something routine like tires.

My wife and I were driving in the early evening around 8 PM and had something begin dragging on the bottom of our car. We were in the middle of a 600 mile trip and not knowing what it was we were obviously looking at an issue at 8 PM at night. We called Eric who was closing up after a long day and he offered to wait for us to drive over. He raised the car and determined it was the engine cover that was dragging. He removed it and advised us that we could drive without it but to get it repaired upon our return. I tried to pay him for staying late and helping us out but he would take no money. It's just the way he is. A class act. And I could tell a very successful person given the amount of business he was doing in there and, as I've read, his reputation in the community. And young. Early 30's building his own successful business. Give his establishment a try.

My daughter was pulled over by the sheriff while she had a debilitating headache so she couldn't drive, and the Sheriff called Felix for a tow. The charges for a 13 mile tow and 1.5 days of storage was $354.71. Storage is $55/day, and a day is a minute or 24 hours. When the calendar changes, they charge you $55. They charged my daughter $165 for 36 hours of storage! I would call this taking advantage of helpless people. It's unethical and ridiculous. I would avoid these people at all costs. They should be ashamed, but I'm sure they're not. Stay away from these larcenists--certainly don't call them for a tow unless you want to be extorted to get your car back.

My appointment was for 1pm. My car wasn't moved from where I parked it until 1:25. I thought once they had my car in the garage and had a look at it that they would come out to the waiting room to give me my options. Instead, they installed a $254 battery; they thought this was ok for a 20yo car. There was no communication with me regarding anything until 2:45 when Brian came to the waiting room to inform me of $2000 worth of work that my car needed, which included $761 for 2 rear struts. I never asked for a full car inspection. I thought I would not be able to leave, but I was informed the battery was not yet installed. I didn't get out of there until 4 pm. Once I arrived home I took a closer look at my receipt and saw that I was billed $85 for a "charging system test" which I did not ask for, nor was it necessary. I then looked under the hood and saw that even though they had my car for 3 hours, they couldn't take a minute to do a courtesy top-off to the power steering fluid and brake fluid, but instead left them at below the low mark. The AAA battery they installed had a black date sticker of 6/24; a one-year old battery.

The big issue is i'm 100% confident I was lied to about a pressure test being performed initially. Very disappointing. Once i realize I was still loosing coolant, I knew I had a leak. It took about 10 minutes of speaking to a mechanic in order to somehow get him to do the pressure test that should've been done. During that ten minutes, he told me a pressure test was never performed at all. Unfortunately, I didn't record the call in 2025 and I wasn't charged for the pressure test specifically, however I did request a pressure test before I brought the vehicle in and checked if it was included in the price of the flush. I know I did this because I do a lot of work on my own car, and would never put a band aid on a coolant issue. Overall, good communication, friendly, however not punctual. They specialize in used imports and had a lot of nice European cars. I knew I wanted a VW, Volvo, or Audi hatchback/wagon, and they had about five to choose from. All were in nice condition. I ended up buying a 2006 Audi A3 for a price I'm very happy with. I took it out it for a couple hours, and had my friend look it over who is a professional mechanic and European car enthusiast/modder. He spent over an hour checking it out and didn't find anything wrong with it. Dave at Krueger was great to work with. I didn't feel pressured, and he gave me a nice deal on my trade-in that I couldn't wait to get rid of. He came across as a nice, regular guy who enjoys what he does. Getting the deal worked out was actually a pleasure and I enjoyed conversing with him a bit about things not even related to cars. A day after I bought my car, the instrument cluster failed. My mechanic friend who checked out the car for me during my test drive didn't see any problems with it when he hooked up his code reader. I looked online and couldn't find anybody else who has had this problem It was just a freak occurrence and I don't think it could have been predicted. Krueger had the instrument cluster replaced (an expensive repair) at no charge to me, no questions asked. Not many companies these days have the integrity to stand behind what they sell, at least not without giving the customer a hassle about it.
