They charged $75 to inspect it and told me it would be $560 to repair it for (parts and labor) as they said BOTH the latch and actuator were broken. It sounded like too much so I had them put it back together so I could ask for a second opinion. They put the original parts back together and it works flawlessly. Nothing was broken, the wiring must have been loose and they were trying to shake me down for an extra $500 bucks. There's more shadiness to the story but this is the jist. I wouldn't trust these guys if I were you.

My daughter was pulled over by the sheriff while she had a debilitating headache so she couldn't drive, and the Sheriff called Felix for a tow. The charges for a 13 mile tow and 1.5 days of storage was $354.71. Storage is $55/day, and a day is a minute or 24 hours. When the calendar changes, they charge you $55. They charged my daughter $165 for 36 hours of storage! I would call this taking advantage of helpless people. It's unethical and ridiculous. I would avoid these people at all costs. They should be ashamed, but I'm sure they're not. Stay away from these larcenists--certainly don't call them for a tow unless you want to be extorted to get your car back.

My appointment was for 1pm. My car wasn't moved from where I parked it until 1:25. I thought once they had my car in the garage and had a look at it that they would come out to the waiting room to give me my options. Instead, they installed a $254 battery; they thought this was ok for a 20yo car. There was no communication with me regarding anything until 2:45 when Brian came to the waiting room to inform me of $2000 worth of work that my car needed, which included $761 for 2 rear struts. I never asked for a full car inspection. I thought I would not be able to leave, but I was informed the battery was not yet installed. I didn't get out of there until 4 pm. Once I arrived home I took a closer look at my receipt and saw that I was billed $85 for a "charging system test" which I did not ask for, nor was it necessary. I then looked under the hood and saw that even though they had my car for 3 hours, they couldn't take a minute to do a courtesy top-off to the power steering fluid and brake fluid, but instead left them at below the low mark. The AAA battery they installed had a black date sticker of 6/24; a one-year old battery.

I took my vehicle in for a coolant flush Sometime in 2025. They seemingly did a decent job…read moreflushing and refilling with my preferred and provided coolant which i appreciated. The big issue is i'm 100% confident I was lied to about a pressure test being performed initially. Very disappointing. Once i realize I was still loosing coolant, I knew I had a leak. It took about 10 minutes of speaking to a mechanic in order to somehow get him to do the pressure test that should've been done. During that ten minutes, he told me a pressure test was never performed at all. Unfortunately, I didn't record the call in 2025 and I wasn't charged for the pressure test specifically, however I did request a pressure test before I brought the vehicle in and checked if it was included in the price of the flush. I know I did this because I do a lot of work on my own car, and would never put a band aid on a coolant issue. Overall, good communication, friendly, however not punctual. It makes me sad I have to write this review, And unfortunately, friendliness doesn't make up for a lie. Worries me greatly how other more severe issues on a vehicle might be handled.
