Now, I bought a Groupon for my parents as a Christmas gift and was present when their vehicle was dropped off and picked up. To be clear, I was the paying customer and the following describes the results of my experience. Whether it was returning the vehicle with wet seats, leaving a waxy mess in various areas, completely missing obvious spots that needed attention, or adding blemishes that weren't there to begin with, OCDetailing definitely left me feeling like I'd wasted my money. Dropped my car off for detailing. When I picked it up there was a 5 inch crack in the windshield. The owner the crack wasn't there when I dropped the vehicle off, yet refused to pay for the repair. In addition it took 3+ weeks to schedule an appointment. Left several voicemails and emails without a call back. Eventually got ahold of someone. Customer service is horrible. read more

Do not recommend anyone patronizing this business. Told to bring car in between 8-9. Received a call at 11:30 indicating they would not be able to finish the car the same day due to amount cleaning needed and the fact they had worked on other cars first. Waste of time bringing it in that could have been avoided by checking the car when dropping off. Would not guarantee a pick up time if I brought it back. Also marked the Groupon certificate as used even though they never provided any service. Other detailers in Appleton will guarantee pick-ups by 5 and provide loaner cars for roughly the same fee. Use one of their competitors and avoid this terrible place. read more

I purchased a groupon for a full auto detailing. $75 for $150 of work. They did a great job on the inside. But here is the thing: it took three weeks to get an appointment. After I purchased the groupon I called and left THREE messages with no return call. I finally emailed and he responded- gave me an opening for two weeks later. So, this is a total of over a month before I got my appointment. When I picked up my car, I could tell they had waxed it. But no scratches were buffed out and they did no work to the outside of my car- when the groupon stated they would. When I asked him why he didn't work on the outside of my car, his response was "well it costs more to get the guy in here to do it then we actually get paid for the groupon...so... I don't know." Seriously??? So basically, I didn't even get a groupon. I paid full price for an inside detailing of my car. I still gave him a tip (which they clearly state on the groupon- "tip required") and I didn't say anything because I didn't want to be rude or start an argument. I will never EVER go back there again. They treated me like a second rate customer because I used a groupon. Not cool. read more

My husband called several weeks ago to get an appointment to have my car detailed, and the guy never followed up to confirm. Then it was three more weeks until he had a Saturday time available. We were supposed to bring it at 9 am, so we loaded our 1- and 2-year-old kids up and drove to Appleton to find the business locked, no one to answer the door, and no one to answer our calls. I got my groupon and had to schedule my cleaning two months in advance. I wanted to get it done before winter but luckily it's the beginning of December and hasn't snowed yet. When a pulled up to this two car garage I could see why maybe I had to schedule so far in advance...I think they really, really lack employees. I had to drop my car off the night before and was not able to pick it up until almost 7pm the next day even though I called three different times wondering when it would be done and each time was pushed farther and farther back. Also, I was charge a $32.00 excessive vacuuming fee, maybe it was excessive but if $32.00 is the going price I would have had my husband do a once over before dropping the car off. On top of the extra $32,00 although already being annoyed with the extra charge and length of time I had to go without a car, I tipped on top of that, not as much as a normally would seeing as I was annoyed but I certainly felt obligated to leave something since they have a big sign about tips. All in all it cost be about $130.00 for my detail clean and a day without a car. I will say however.....that they did do a very, very good job cleaning my car, that I can't deny but too much money and headache for me. read more

OCDetailing did NOT return my call after several attempts and I used all 3 numbers that are listed on their website (which is suspicious). I would NOT recommend them to anyone, poor customer service and they do not call you back. Disappointed. read more
