The customer service is less than desirable, subsequently I'm having a different shop re-do the tint. They did not include Sirius Radio which I asked for, after the job was done I was told they could go back and add it but I would have to pay for another module. That would have been fine if the did it in the first place as I asked. I will not go back there nor try to communicate with them, the just talk in circles.

The repair didn't work from the other company-so right away we decided to call Bartlett. We are all about supporting smaller local businesses! The guys were quick to call back after I first reached out. They were able to quote over the phone. They had wanted some more info about our vehicle so, I was able to send them a text message with the information so they were able to order the correct product. Their quote matched another quote we were given (even with a discount from the other company) plus they offered Mobil service without me asking! At not additional cost!
