Dave and Tyas were both very honest and forthcoming on our current vehicle and the vehicle we were looking to purchase. Appreciate the entire shopping/negotiating/purchasing experience with the TML Team and would recommend to anyone that wants a good quality vehicle, it's worth the drive. We'll definitely shop there again the next time we're in the market for a vehicle. Thanks guys!! We love our Tremor!

Summer of 2024. After changing the springs on the muscle car I've owned for 30 years (always doing…read moreas much work on it as I can, myself,) it needed a front end alignment. Front end alignments is one of the things I pay experts to do. Accurate was recommended to me by a shop local to where I was living in Neenah. I scheduled the alignment and took it in. They found that both of my upper ball joints and one outer tie-rod had play and needed to be replaced. They weren't AT ALL offended or bothered that I wanted to change the parts myself, then reschedule the alignment. After I changed the parts, which were indeed bad, I rescheduled the alignment, and they did a fine job. I found the shop to be clean, efficient, professional, and competent.

After them having it for three days the said my differential was one it's way out. I wasn't looking to spend to much money on it so I asked if they could just seal it back up and I'd pay for the services. Few days later my neighbor heard the noise as I drove past and he informed me that it is common for the parking brake springs to break, causing the the pads to wiggle within making that rattling noise. I was able to just remove the pads since I don't not need a parking brake and the noise was gone. None the less I am newer to the Fox valley area and I will not be returning to them.

My 17 ram 3500 actuator threw a fault code. I took it to bergstrom ram oshkosh because they should…read moreknow their product. The service advisor showed my how far down in the engine bay the actuator is and how many parts had to be removed to access it. I had a service agreement so the service advisor was going to interface with them to save me a lot of money. They replaced my actuator at a total cost of $4000 but my part was only $1000 because of all his hard work on the phone. I decided to try to bulletproof my 6.7 if one little part cost 4 grand. I replaced the turbo and my 4 thousand dollar actuator. My third/newer actuator was ordered with the 64mm turbo. My new mechanic removed the passenger side wheel liner, removed four screws. Installed the $700 new actuator in 20 minutes. My cost for the actuator was $700 and I suppose that bergstroms price would have been much less than that. My point is that markup on labor and parts at bergstrom is beyond what any reputable dealer would charge. Beware of the sharks swimming around in that dealership because 400% markups are not ethical in any industry. I wouldn't do business at this oshkosh ram dealer on a dare. Take your truck to any other shop in the area until they flush the rats out of this dealership. They certainly cant fix the dealership with bergstrom personel. If you look at all the yelp ratings for every bergstrom dealership you see why using yelp is a HUGE MONEY SAVER as it exposes the crooks in the automotive business.

I used to love these guys. I even drive 30+ minutes to go there over some of their competitors…read more Until this last experience. I haven't been there in a while, so I decided to buy a 4-pack of their Royal Wash service. The first one was great. I decided to bring my other car in the next day. I drove 30+ minutes to get there only to be greeted by a "Car wash Closed" sign. So, I called and Rod answered. He told me the car wash is closed due to bad weather. It's not even sprinkling out. It's barely "misting". I explained that I had just driven 30+ minutes and everywhere online still says they are "open" and nowhere on their site did it say they close whenever it's even misting outside. He didn't care one bit. I would have been frustrated, but would have taken it a little easier if his attitude was better. He didn't apologize, he had a "yep, we're closed, deal with it" attitude. Then he hung up on me. I called back and told him I didn't appreciate getting hung up on, and he continued with his attitude and kept repeating in a monotone/condescending voice, "how can I help you, sir?". I will be contacting the owners to get a refund on these prepaid washes. What good are they if you can't use them? If they don't refund me, I'll have to submit a chargeback on my credit card. Unless they make things right with me, I will not be going back. Rod single-handedly killed a once loyal customer. --- Update: Melissa, one of the owners of Clear Water called me and made everything right. She apologized and was open to other feedback. She also offered to send me a gift card for the troubles. Although it shouldn't have happened in the first place, they responded very professionally, and I will definitely be giving them another shot. I am updating my review rating based on the way they handled things. Thanks for reaching out, Melissa.

I get home 25 minutes away, open the hatch and the back wasn't even vacuumed, back seat wasn't wiped down. I can be understanding if it was real busy but it wasn't. That means that the people who checked me in and are supposed to do the vacuuming and the people who dry the car and wash the interior windows missed it too. When you pay over $30 for a wash you expect better and I should be able to have confidence it would be done correctly. Almost all the workers were kids maybe there needs to be more supervision. Maybe I'll have to start going to PDQ.
