It came with a 30 minute consult and a amazing set of options I didn't know existed. The contract was drawn up right then. I signed and we scheduled repairs. The night before our appointed time, Derrick called to confirm. Workers were at my door at 8:00 AM as promised. The crew did a great job of cleaning, staining, and sealing my dark gray slate floor. We called and made an appointment for an estimate and decided to go ahead. The contractor was available in about 2-1/2 weeks from the time of the estimate and arrived just a few minutes late. He was very pleasant and worked diligently all morning and part of the afternoon. Starting time was about 9:00 a.m. and he finished around 2:30 p.m. The shower looks fantastic, like almost a brand new one! He did a GREAT job and cleaned up after himself extremely well.
