Online does not reflect the sale price. Five calls to customer service and still not getting it right. First time we called they hung up on us before we even got to talk to a person. Second time they guy said oh well - the online prices are right. The third time the person actually looked up the email and said they would make an adjustment AFTER we place the order. Called again after we placed the order, and they said they would credit the difference back to our credit card. (fingers crossed). Got and email that said that was done, BUT not for the full difference. CALLED YET AGAIN and they still didn't get it right. Who has time for this? What a joke. Will not be shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond again. Don't believe the 'sale price'.

I recently ordered a shoe bench for delivery. A pile of lumber arrived! They expect me to have a…read moretable saw, compound miter saw, drill press, nail gun, etc which is all needed to make the bench. None of the wood is even cut to size! On top of that, I ordered it to match the cabinets in my brand new house. The only thing I do not like in the house is the poor quality of the cabinets. They do not know how to finish end grain. It looks terrible. You have choices, choose wisely. Go anywhere else. Poor quality, poor customer service. Just a crappy experience.

From the initial walk through to the final touch ups, this company did an outstanding job. Let me give you a quick overview of how easy it was to work with these contractors. First, the initial sales person, Michael, was incredibly knowledgeable and able to see the vision we had for the first floor. He took a good number of photos and then met with other project managers at their office. From here, we met with an amazing designer, Halley. She answered every question I had and promised me she would guide me along the way. I had some ideas, and everything I forgot, she gently guided to a solution. I was able to pick everything from the exact sink and faucet, to backsplash and flooring. The amazing communication continued throughout the project using an app called buildertrend. We knew when the contractors were arriving for each step of the process. We were also able to ask questions through the app and received quick responses. I did have a couple of change orders, and even those were handled seamlessly. My project has been done now for about three months, and every day I love seeing the finished project.

They came to our house and offered some really great ideas on what tile & design we could use. They got the measurements needed and offered us a quote that was very reasonable. We scheduled the installer and he did a fantastic job. He was quick, efficient and didn't damage our granite counter tops or wood floors. It was a poor experience in that the original representative was two hours late and the second person they sent out (who indicated he was a higher rank/position than the prior rep) was rude. The prices are also unnecessarily high and that's after they have talked down the price three times (gross sales gimmicks). BUT, I was interested in a Kitchen renovation and saw an ad for home buddy.com that suggested it would give me the average/going rate for renovations in my area. After plugging in my information, it misleadingly connected me with Mad City. They texted me and I responded with "stop" per the instructions if I was no longer interested. But Mad City proceeded to call me twice that night and 10 times the following day. I picked up and talked a representative THREE times. I told them the website that I put my info into did not mention it was connected with Mad City and had I known it would, I would not have inquired. I relayed the negative experience that I was not interested in their services and the first caller was respectful. The second caller seemed unaware that I had responded to the first caller and hung up on me after I told him. The third time, I very directly told the caller that I had told two other callers that I was not interested and to stop calling me. He talked over me the whole time, like that was supposed to make me change my mind and work with them. Don't let them bully you too.

I advise everyone to stay far far away. Instead get a local reputable contractor at a much better price and quality.
