I had water coming up through the floor and coming in from the walls. I had a few estimates to "waterproof" my basement. I knew that it was going to be expensive, so I wanted to make sure I found a company that actually cared about my situation and wasn't money driven. I called ABT and Dan came out within 48 hours to take a look at my basement and give me an estimate. Dan took his time, measured and took pictures of my basement. He gave me an estimate; again, I knew it would be expensive, but the cost was pretty competitive with the estimates I had already received. What pushed me to decide to use ABT was the fact that they actually cared about my situation. I opted for the whole package - sump pump and under floor bleeder lines and baseboard system. Once I gave them the go-ahead, they put me on the schedule quickly. It took 3 days to finish the work and each night, before the Jermellio and his crew left, they made sure to clean up. They were very respectful and explained to me what it was that they were doing each day. On the last day, they explained to me how everything works. All was great! About a week after the system was installed, I noticed that water was seeping through a crack in the floor. I called Dan and told him about it. No hassle, no fuss - they got someone out immediately to fix the problem - no extra charge. Great! About a month after the install, I noticed a lot more water coming up from one section of the basement floor. Once again, I called Dan and he had someone come out and assess the situation. After about 45 minutes of testing the system and taking measurements, it was discovered that the pitch was off on the bleeder system under the floor and the water was not draining properly. Again, no hassle, no fuss, they got someone out to my house - dug up the concrete, re-pitched the bleeder lines and tested it - works great, poured more concrete and it was finished - only took a couple of hours. Again, no charge. Bottom line, ABT cares about their customer satisfaction and will not stop until the customer is satisfied with the results. I will not hesitate to contact ABT again for other concrete needs. I ABT

Always left by 3 pm. We were constantly having to go behind them and get them to fix something they screwed up, and they had an excuse for everything. They even tried blaming some of their mistakes on us? We spent nearly $40k on what ended up being a below-average job, full of shortcuts with poor quality craftsmanship. They are cupping and lifting. Throughout residence, they are not adhering to the subflooring. They sound hollow and move like floating floors. They have splintered edges and gaps between planks. They did not install a transition piece from hardwood to cement in the mechanic closet. They did not install caulking at patio door where hardwood meets door frame. The caulking around the tubs and exterior doors extremely sloppy with gaps. Tape denotes where the hardwood floor is not adhering to subfloor. Hollow sounding with the hardwood giving to walking throughout residence. Floor touchup marker was used to cover large area of scratches. They didn't protect the floor when they were installing hardwood. Worked inside of home, and the interior of my furnace is hardened with sawdust. See photos.

So far they've been great for us. The most recent example was today. I had spent the entire morning trying to get our sump pump to work, and had tried everything to thaw the pipes. I had come to the conclusion that maybe it was the pump itself that was having issues, so I decided to give them a call. The person I spoke with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and had someone sent out same day to take a look. I believe his name was John and he was excellent. Super friendly and knew his stuff for sure. In the end it did turn out to simply be frozen pipes, but John took care of it, and not to mention had to work outside on the coldest day we've had in a long time. Hailey was very helpful the multiple times we met with her and talked us through all of our options and help explained the implications of each decision we were making. She also was very helpful with design ideas and guiding us to choose things that would work together. When we wanted a style or product they didn't have she was able to find it and get it in stock for us. She didn't make us feel rushed and she and the team did a great job installing all the tile and flooring. Hailey was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly and accurately. Hailey also helped us on pricing when needed and if we were able to find the same product at a lower cost elsewhere she was always willing to price match. Some other people involved in our build would be visibly bothered by late changes or requests, but that was not at all the case with Hailey. Hailey and the whole team at Tile and Stone were great to work with throughout the building process and I would highly recommend them for any of your tile and flooring needs.
