We moved into our home 18 years ago and intended to get new carpeting as it was quite worn. With 6…read morechildren and a dog, the carpets only became more soiled and looked terrible. Last week, I called Chris at A Supreme Clean to get my carpets cleaned. I am truly amazed. Chris was fast, reaonable price, and efficient. I work from home and the sound was not too loud. At the end the carpets looked fantastic, the dog fur was gone; mysterious stains were removed. The stairs looked wonderful. I wish I had some before pictures. I need to get the carpets cleaned regularly. We had the upstairs hallway, stairway, and 4 bedrooms cleaned and the living room rug. It took about an hour. The carpet dried overnight.

I asked for a quote over the phone, knowing that it would probably change when they saw the house which was beyond description. I realize that was an impossible request and sure enough the price doubled. What I especially liked about working with Queen of clean is that they gave me a price range and capped it with a number. The job took three dumpsters, and they arranged for everything to be thrown out even moving things from the backyard where older appliances had I been left around to rust. They even helped me find someone to rake up the leaves in the front yard to make the house have a little more curb appeal. I highly recommend Queen Of Clean. Even though the price was high, it was worth it and cheaper than another service from which we got a quote.

This place is a joke. I paid over $600 for a " deep clean" of my house and am absolutely furious…read morethat the work that Queen of Cleaning performed was so subpar that I had to hire a different cleaning company to come back in and finish the job that should have been done by them!! What I received was a " surface " clean leaving dust, dirty baseboards and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. I had called the owner of the company to discuss how disappointed I was with their services.... they never answer their phone and never responded to the 3 voicemails I left. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone EVER!

I received the one time deep cleaning service. I was quoted for a 1000sqft apartment, 3-4 hours…read morewith two cleaners. Let me start by saying, they did a good job overall. However, i did receive the basic cleaning when i requested deep clean. Which is obviously a difference in price. Then, without communication, the two cleaners went over our quoted time. When you're budgeting $500 for a 3-4 deep clean, you expect it to stay at that price. After, when talking to the boss, Cesar, about the overall work and time it took he states there was, "lots of dust" and that's why they went "1.5 hours over". I know dust doesn't equal going over "1.5" hours of clean time, especially when i didn't receive the deep clean service like i was supposed to, but the basic. Also, they were at my place for 5 hours and they were trying to charge me for 5.5 hours! When i told Cesar how long his cleaners were at my house and asked if we could pay the quoted price of 4 hours (1 hour difference) he said "well i need to pay my workers for what they did." I know that, but you also need to listen to your customer about their experience and not overcharge time that wasn't used. So, at the end of it all, i would definitely consider a different cleaning service. Not because their cleaners were lousy & terrible, but because the timeframes, information on which clean you are getting is not accurate, and quotes don't match what you are told.
