It became a revolving door of cleaners, and the last three sessions were noticeably subpar -- cleaners were here for two hours but only able to clean our two bathrooms. Previous cleaners had completed both bathrooms and the kitchen in that same amount of time. Today I was also charged for more time than the cleaner was actually here, and when I raised the concern, Katie was not apologetic about the experience or the lack of quality. I had to send several messages before the cost was finally adjusted. I'm disappointed in how the service changed, and I can't continue with a company that isn't able to provide consistent quality or accountability.
