The job was done thoroughly, nothing was missed, and although I am super OCD about cleaning even I was impressed and will continue to use them on a regular basis. ALSO had tried Merry Maids however the job was pathetic at best, and I demanded they come back and 'redo' multiple times for the price I paid for them. Had a private cleaner for a while however she just kept doing less and less as time went on. Friendly, trustworthy, hardworking- can't say enough. Thanks guys!!

I received the one time deep cleaning service. I was quoted for a 1000sqft apartment, 3-4 hours…read morewith two cleaners. Let me start by saying, they did a good job overall. However, i did receive the basic cleaning when i requested deep clean. Which is obviously a difference in price. Then, without communication, the two cleaners went over our quoted time. When you're budgeting $500 for a 3-4 deep clean, you expect it to stay at that price. After, when talking to the boss, Cesar, about the overall work and time it took he states there was, "lots of dust" and that's why they went "1.5 hours over". I know dust doesn't equal going over "1.5" hours of clean time, especially when i didn't receive the deep clean service like i was supposed to, but the basic. Also, they were at my place for 5 hours and they were trying to charge me for 5.5 hours! When i told Cesar how long his cleaners were at my house and asked if we could pay the quoted price of 4 hours (1 hour difference) he said "well i need to pay my workers for what they did." I know that, but you also need to listen to your customer about their experience and not overcharge time that wasn't used. So, at the end of it all, i would definitely consider a different cleaning service. Not because their cleaners were lousy & terrible, but because the timeframes, information on which clean you are getting is not accurate, and quotes don't match what you are told.

When I decided to go with her, I was thinking that I was going to get a semi decent job. The quality of her work shows immediately. She pays attention to detail and seems to enjoy cleaning (strange but okay). She showed up with all of her supplies and didn't need me to provide anything. I left her to it and before I knew it, my whole house was clean. What I didn't realize until later is that she didn't stop where you couldn't see anymore like some other places do. Behind the furniture got done, under the couch and inside the couch had been done, and many things I didn't think of were taken care of. I hate dusting. All my picture frames had been cleaned. I wish I could hire her every day.

What I received was a " surface " clean leaving dust, dirty baseboards and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. I asked for a quote over the phone, knowing that it would probably change when they saw the house which was beyond description. I realize that was an impossible request and sure enough the price doubled. What I especially liked about working with Queen of clean is that they gave me a price range and capped it with a number. The job took three dumpsters, and they arranged for everything to be thrown out even moving things from the backyard where older appliances had I been left around to rust. They even helped me find someone to rake up the leaves in the front yard to make the house have a little more curb appeal. I highly recommend Queen Of Clean. Even though the price was high, it was worth it and cheaper than another service from which we got a quote.

It became a revolving door of cleaners, and the last three sessions were noticeably subpar -- cleaners were here for two hours but only able to clean our two bathrooms. Previous cleaners had completed both bathrooms and the kitchen in that same amount of time. Today I was also charged for more time than the cleaner was actually here, and when I raised the concern, Katie was not apologetic about the experience or the lack of quality. I had to send several messages before the cost was finally adjusted. I'm disappointed in how the service changed, and I can't continue with a company that isn't able to provide consistent quality or accountability.
