Just got it in mid August. Each phone call "it will be done the end of he week ". Then the owner had unexpected surgery - I understand a delay but they could have communicated it. Bottom line didn't get the project until August after I said I would just come in And get it to take to some one else. They didn't even offer a discount for the delay. I have 3 more projects to have framed and will shop around before taking to them. Too bad because their work is excellent

After going to a corporate printer a few miles away - where the price was 5x as much and the employee couldn't get their printer to print certain margins - we busted a move to GT where we had no problems. The cards were ready early the next day and for a very reasonable price. I'm not sure if GT is family owned, but it certainly feels that way: quality service, quick turnaround, well-trained staff and flawless product. We should have gone here first!!!

This company is horrible. We ordered a video from them for my daughters dance recital paid for it…read moreand expected it in a month or 2, nothing. They did not communicate and say something went wrong they just never sent anything. All of the parents from the dance company never received anything. It took 6 months for some people to get there dvd, I have still not received anything and I have not received a refund either. I would not consider them for a major event in my life like a WEDDING!! Don't risk your memories with them!!!!!!!!
