Kristin has handled our repeat orders with the kind of care and personal attention you'd expect from someone you've done business with for years. Her attention to detail, genuine interest in our business, and willingness to go above and beyond have been exceptional. It's not often these days that you find this level of personal service, especially from a large retailer. Kristin has been a wonderful reminder that great customer service is still alive and well. Now I just call Image 360, share my objective with them and let them offer a short list of marketing solutions to me. Image 360's prices are always competitive and their work and timeliness is second to none. I have had Image 360 do a car wrap, really large window displays, sandwich board signs, and trade show displays, just to name a few. Without fail, every project has come in on time, on budget and exceeded my expectations from a quality standpoint. While Image 360's prices and quality are great, what I appreciate the most is that their expertise and efficiency allows me more time to work on my business rather than in my business.

Bottom line didn't get the project until August after I said I would just come in And get it to take to some one else. They didn't even offer a discount for the delay. I have 3 more projects to have framed and will shop around before taking to them. Too bad because their work is excellent
