I've never had the pleasure of meeting Kristin Ducklow in person. In fact, all of our communication has been through email. But you wouldn't know it by the level of service she's provided. Kristin has handled our repeat orders with the kind of care and personal attention you'd expect from someone you've done business with for years. Her attention to detail, genuine interest in our business, and willingness to go above and beyond have been exceptional. It's not often these days that you find this level of personal service, especially from a large retailer. Kristin has been a wonderful reminder that great customer service is still alive and well. We're grateful for everything she's done for us. Thank you, Kristin, and thank you, 4imprint, for making us feel like more than just another customer! read more

4Imprint did a fantastic job addressing an issue with the WTS-SC original order and overnighting trophies in time for our event. They look fantastic and we appreciate the outstanding customer service! Amy S. and Micheal L. were great to work with. read more

Stressful experience working with their team to get the items how I want them to look. Repeated errors with an item and the customer rep was very unapologetic. Some of the staff are hospitable but most have a lackluster disposition. read more

They promised delivery by a Thursday for two flags needed for a weekend event. They arrived Monday. I was refunded my shipping but not the product which is now useless because I had left the state and event is over, and I never saw them because I had to leave before it was over. I understand things get help up, but my order was stuck in CHINA for about 5 days. What? How could they think two small flags created in China could make it to SC in 7 days? Stupid. read more

If you're looking for great promotional products and even better customer service, check out 4imprint! They recently helped us with an order that didn't go well at first, but they went above and beyond in correcting the problem and making us happy. It's rare to find a company that cares this much about its customers! They've earned a lifetime customer from us. read more

Everything was amazing. I requested to sample a wireless charger and two pairs of earbuds, and they sent them, no questions asked! Emma and the rest of the team was very helpful, even though I was being very rude to them. Outstanding service. read more

I can't tell you how pleased my whole family was with the care and quality and speed of our order with 4imprint.com. Our customer service person Angie helped make this such a positive experience. We decided "last minute" to give an imprinted gift for a family re-union and were worried if the imprinted items would arrive in time. It took 4 days total to have the imprinted bags in our hands. Thanks so much, Angie and the Art Deptartment and the Customer Service Department. Karen Mines read more

Super frustrated with 4imprint. I was told my product was going to arrive on a specific date, then when I got the proof they told me a different date which would not work for me. I spoke with the rep and called their customer support team who assured me that they would arrive on time. Today got an email that says they wont arrive and now are completely unusable. I spoke with their team multiple times about this. No resolution. Worst customer experience ever. I refer people to them all the time, and will never again. read more

I work in marketing and have been ordering from 4imprint for years. The customer service is always top notch! The people who work there are friendly, professional, quick to respond, and always do everything they can to make every order exactly perfect and delivered on time. read more

Exceptional Customer Service, Wide Variety of Products to choose from (definitely take note of customer reviews on their products as they are pretty accurate). I am a Graphic Designer for a Real Estate Development company out of Miami, Florida and we often use 4imprint for corporate materials, giveaways, materials for our apartment tenants, etc. We have ordered everything from backpacks (great quality and they embroidered our logo on the front - exceptional), embroidered beach blankets for a tenant appreciation giveaway (these were a hit! I use mine every time we go to the beach), hats and t-shirts for our corporate run with screen printed logos (these looked amazing), and so on! Of all our orders we have only experienced issues with one, but their customer service is on point! We ordered bamboo keychains with a metal plate for our new apartment tenants and when they arrived there was some discoloration from the heat of the laser etching. We reached out to one of their customer care reps, Austin Weyers, and he provided us with our options to have them reprinted and shipped free of charge, discounted rate or a full refund. We selected to have them reprinted. When they new ones arrived we noticed they had the same quality issue. Austin advised it could be the quality of the product or the thickness of our logo impacted the coloration due to the heat. When we contacted them again to get a refund, his colleague, Michael Leet, filled in for him and provided us with a full refund for both orders! Although we experienced product quality issues with this order, we are now aware that we need to make selections of products more carefully, but if there is an issue their customer care team will make it right! At the end of the day, the customer service is what will keep us coming back. read more

I need far more than five stars. 4Imprint was brilliant, pleasant to deal with. They were the ONLY company willing to send a catalog -- all others pointed me to the website. Their website is simple to navigate, easy to specify products, simple uploading graphic, problem free finishing order. Throughout the process I dealt directly with a designer who explained what was possible, and a front-line contact who facilitated my order -- and dealt with my delays caused by having to deal with a committee over design approval. Billing and payment couldn't have been better. This is where to buy stuff. See the attached coaster. read more

We've ordered a few times from 4imprint and are always satisfied. Our most recent experience made us loyal customers. We ordered custom baseball hats with embroidery on the front and back. When they arrived, only the front embroidery was done. Looked great, but we had paid extra for the embroidery on the back, so we contacted their customer service. They responded quickly, requesting photos, which we sent right away. They responded by letting us know a new shipment would be sent out for free. And we received the second shipment within a few days, done perfectly. Bravo, 4imprint! read more

I've been using 4imprint for the past 3 years. Very impressed with their service and the quality of their merchandise.

Can I just start by saying no online company will give you the customer service that a local mom and pop promotional product company will. If you love shopping on a website - they have them too. Here's the reason for the 2 star review. I don't have time to track jobs, confirm products arrive on time and in good condition. All products can have production errors or shipping damage. However no one will do more to protect you than someone you have a Relationship with. When something goes wrong do you want to call someone sitting in a call center or get the personal attention from someone who will recommend the right product, the best imprint method for your project or make sure your art files are correct? That person is your LOCAL distributor. I am willing to spend 10- 15% more. Why? Because my time is better spent on growing my business instead of making up for lack to attention by a foreign owned online company to take care of my orders. I am no body to them. I am everything to my local shop. They will fight my fights and make things right. read more

The customer service with 4Imprint is top tier. They will legitimately try to move mountains for you to make sure you're happy with the final product. Special shout out to both Joan and Stacey from 4Imprint for the excellent customer service. read more

Worst company I have ever dealt with without a doubt. I needed 350 tape measures within 2 to 3 weeks. It is now almost 2 weeks and the tape measures have not even been printed. I have been taken in circles and connected to people who assured me the tape measures would be quickly printed and shipped the next day - only to find out the person did absolutely nothing and didn't even make notes on my account. I'm facing the possibility of not having any now in time for the big event we are planning to attend. NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more

I know I have reviewed 4imprint before, but I just want to again say that I have been so pleased with their customer service. They continue to be our go-to for promotional products, and they are always so quick to answer questions and resolve any issues, etc. And their products haven't let us down! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This company single handed biffed a 6K order and missed all of its deadlines. I had to eat overnight shipping costs along with fracturing a client relationship completely. Stay far away from this company, and don't base any deadline on their word. read more

This place has been beyond frustrating to work with! Let's talk about the 6 times we had to go over artwork. The artists aren't even able to vectorize your images you send, instead they remake them. I had to send them the fonts I used in my logo so that they could finally get it right, and they still messed up with spelling. After they finally got my font, social media decals and spelling correct (6 artwork submissions later), Cassie, my representative assigned to me by 4Imprint let me know that they SOLD OUT of the bags I ordered less than a week ago and my order wouldn't be ready until December. Maybe if they hadn't gave me the run around with trying to change my logo this wouldn't have happened. Save you're self the headache and find another company to deal with. read more

Absolutely fabulous service! Great products and great printing! Indigo Stoney was the representative who helped with our company logo jackets. The jackets were a great brand name, Spider and are really great. The printing was a great size and very well done. The order process was great. Sent our logo, they sent me a color layout on the jacket for me to approve. I have used 4Imprint before for company logos on our Thule backpacks and everyone still loves them. I would highly recommend! read more

I am now more than satisfied by this company's outstanding professionalism and quick response to resolve the issue that had occurred in my previous post. I received a quick response from both associate and upper management who assured me they would investigate the matter and sent me a brand new box that was perfectly sealed this time! Aanndd...I was also refunded. I was very satisfied and started thinking of future purchases while less then a week later I received a complementary jacket with my brand logo and two sincere apology letters from upper management. WOW!! I was very impressed by this level of effort this company will go through to resolve any issue and I am now a big fan of this company 100 %! Great job and thank you 4imprint! read more

I ordered 150 can coolers and when they arrived, they all had the safety lines printed on them that 4imprint placed onto my design proof. In addition, the quality of the print is just awful and I made sure to send in high-quality artwork. I have reached out to them on a few occasions trying to get this resolved and have had no response back, so they obviously do not value their customers. We cannot use these -- it's just too embarrassing. read more

4imprint has the most amazing customer service. Best customer service I've ever received. the company did everything to make sure I was happy with my finished product / highly recommend 4Imprint! read more

I've ordered several times from 4Imprint with no issues, but when I placed my last order, the customer service experience was AWFUL. Customer service rep Angie gave me an estimated delivery date, asked me if to confirm it, and then when I confirmed she never got back to me. I contacted her and the company again three different times asking when my order would arrive before I FINALLY got a reply, after the supposed delivery date. And guess what? They hadn't even sent my order to production. I kept asking them to expedite the order since the delay was their fault, and they completely ignored my request, never even mentioning that it was late, etc. When I finally got a delivery estimate, close to 2 weeks after the original, I sent a more direct message asking them to make it right by rushing the order (for the 3rd or 4th time...). They never as much as acknowledged that there was a problem, or told me if they would rush the order or not. It did end up getting sent with overnight shipping, so at least they did that, but I am pretty disappointed over the fact that they NEVER even acknowledged what I was asking or that they had made a mistake. And they didn't tell me they had upgraded the shipping. If one of my employees treated a customer the way I was treated, I'd seriously consider finding a replacement employee. If I can find a more caring company with comparable prices to do business with in the future, I will be sending my business elsewhere. read more

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I wanted a picture printed and it was a sensual, erotic piece of artwork with ZERO nudity. They refused to print it!??? What!?! With zero explanation!? I feel so discriminated against as a woman expressing her sexuality. Don't be fooled by this pious company...they discriminate and choose what customers they want to support. Their choice I guess, but my choice to blast them all over the internet. You messed with the wrong woman! I was dealing with Imprint in Canada and their unprofessionalism was shameful. read more

I am always impressed by these people. I've ordered tens of thousands of dollars in advertising material from these guys and I have to say that their customer service has always been superb. In my last encounter I needed to get the logo edited before I can approve the artwork. 4imprint now has a new feature where the artist calls you and you are able to see their screen and communicate the change. It literally took 60 seconds for the artist to update the logo and make the change on two of my items. He then waited for me to approve the artwork while on the phone. Don't forget to look for coupons before finalizing your order. 4imprint is usually the cheapest, and certainly the most convenient place to order from when you need anything printed. I highly recommend them to any business owner. read more

Ordered the 12x12 golf towels for several events... most of them were damaged with a line of extra glue and/or ink where the edge of the press landed above our company logo. Some grommets were missing on others, but overall, pretty embarrassing to give out. Customer service offered 50% refund, but haven't seen it. 3 weeks later was told accounting was behind. 7 weeks later, no response to additional inquiries. I truly wanted to do business with them again, but just won't. They can keep the refund. Maybe put it towards quality control. read more

WOW. Michael Leet is amazing!!! I know I put the correct color in the cart as I placed my first order, however, when I received my order, I got the wrong shade of blue. It was my mistake because the invoice said royal blue and not navy blue. What a relief that is to tell my boss. :) Thank you 4imprint for amazing customer service, and Michael Leet for assisting my order. I WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN :) read more
