    I need far more than five stars. 4Imprint was brilliant, pleasant to deal with. They were the ONLY company willing to send a catalog -- all others pointed me to the website. Their website is simple to navigate, easy to specify products, simple uploading graphic, problem free finishing order. Throughout the process I dealt directly with a designer who explained what was possible, and a front-line contact who facilitated my order -- and dealt with my delays caused by having to deal with a committee over design approval. Billing and payment couldn't have been better. This is where to buy stuff. See the attached coaster.

    This was somewhere between artwork 2-3 when I noticed they changed my font altogether.

    This place has been beyond frustrating to work with! Let's talk about the 6 times we had to go over artwork. The artists aren't even able to vectorize your images you send, instead they remake them. I had to send them the fonts I used in my logo so that they could finally get it right, and they still messed up with spelling. After they finally got my font, social media decals and spelling correct (6 artwork submissions later), Cassie, my representative assigned to me by 4Imprint let me know that they SOLD OUT of the bags I ordered less than a week ago and my order wouldn't be ready until December. Maybe if they hadn't gave me the run around with trying to change my logo this wouldn't have happened. Save you're self the headache and find another company to deal with.

    Here is the email I sent to their customer service today:…read more I have called your customer service no fewer than 8 times in the last 6 weeks with no success in resolving the issue. Many of your customer service employees have promised they could fix it, but alas, I subscribe to the Wednesday and Sunday papers and have only received one Sunday paper and no Wednesday papers in the last 7 weeks. I called last week and asked to talk to the circulation manager and they told me there was no way to talk to this person. They would take a message and the manager would call back in less than a day. No return call. Yesterday I sat on the phone on hold for more than an hour (1:04, to be exact) listening to music on hold waiting for a customer service rep. Finally had to get back to my job and do something besides listen and hope someone would answer. Without sounding snotty, it's no wonder print newspapers are dying. I am literally begging you to sell me your product and your phone tree makes it hard to talk with you (that automated system is awful), once I get through I sit on hold for extended lengths of time, when I talk to someone they promise me they can fix it and "they will personally talk with the driver's manager" (but the paper is still not delivered), and the promises that the circulation manager will call back and empty promises. There is no other product that I buy that makes it so hard to communicate with the seller, and none that I need to beg to sell me their product. I give up. Can you please cancel my subscription entirely and refund me the remaining balance plus credits for the last 7 weeks' missing papers? I am not sure what your rules are about refunds - but I presume, given the difficulty, the time I have spent trying, and the empty promises on your company's part - a full refund will be issued.

    I only have The Northwestern delivered on Wednesday's and Sundays. Once a month my Sunday paper is…read morenot delivered. Today it wasn't delivered, I did a online chat and the gentlemen could not answer my questions. He just kept saying we will credit your account, the paper cannot be re-delivered today and we will fix the issue. The last time I called they also said they were going to fix the issue. I asked why they couldn't deliver my Sunday paper on Monday, but he wouldn't answer that question.
