Had a great experience with customer service. The process was easy, they sent me the design to review and after adjusting it, they approved it and delivered it in about 10 days. The problem was the UPS delivered our pens to the wrong address and we don't know where they went. We needed them the next week for events, so we called 4imprint and they immediately started the process of resolving the issue. They were able to reprint and send new pens the next day. I'm super happy with the customer service and even though UPS losing the pens wasn't their fault, they took responsibility and resent them. read more

We've ordered several products from 4imprint. The artwork looked good and the items were good quality and well received by clients. The main problem we had concerned shipping. We live in California but needed product shipped to a relative closer to a conference site so we wouldn't have to transport boxes around while traveling. A couple of items were fine but a box of customized notepads showed up but they weren't ours. It was for a totally different company. We were short on time and had to submit a rush order to be sent directly to the conference hotel. They shipped them to the prior address so we didn't get them in time to use at the conference. So the artwork and products have been just what we were looking for. The special handling really shouldn't have been that complicated. Bill one address, ship to another. We like the product offerings enough to give them another try but this time I will go into it with a backup plan. read more

I work for a large pharma company and our division was having a relaunch of a new logo where we asked 4Imprint to brand 4 items. Only one was delivered as ordered. It took over a week for their initial response to our request. We should have known then. Numerous emails, planning meetings where the vendor no showed virtually even though we hung on the line over 20' waiting. Several proofs and mock-ups with errors we corrected. Ultimately it too them so much time to get things correct and to respond to us that we were going to miss our deadline for the team to receive materials by the meeting. Then last minute they tell us that the 2 shirts we requested the embroidery on weren't even available and they could only do 1 color of thread for the embroidery. WORST was that we ordered customized fun printed socks and they sent all 100 of us blue men's baseball uniform socks! read more

I continue to try to work with this vendor (for years) and no matter who helps, the orders never arrive on time. I have a company awards ceremony and don't have all the Awards and another award that did arrive looks completely different from the proof. I have partnered with this vendor before the pandemic, it's not due to the current times these issues occur - it seems just their accepted service level. My last email begged for a response as I don't have awards to recognize my team without an explanation. Note: The begging was due to the fact that there was no follow up to my 2 previous emails to request help and awareness. We reached out to 4imprint for a giveaway for our company and the product came yet it was awful. Our logo was barely visible. As a business owner working with another business owner for the money we spent it would be expected that they would have told us this would not look good and you would need a magnifying glass just to see our logo. I needed to order about 26 shirts for the first time from them and for my company. I went online which would've been a great experience if it wasn't my first experience. I spent so much time choosing the different colored shirts that I wanted only to get to the cart and realize that I wasn't getting the reduced charge for having 26 shirts I was being charged as if I only got six shirts each. So then I just went back into it cleared everything and added 26 purple shirts. I've had a previous shirt person tell me that I needed a company that could offer more colors because my logo has so many colors in it that is why I chose this place. When I chose the colors in the drop-down menus they had questions about what I had chosen. They sent me an email instead of calling so I called in just to explain my logo and what I wanted. Danielle then told me that I could actually have chosen for several different color shirts for the price of getting 26. So then she sent me an email we're basically I would have to redo everything all over again so I just created a table in an email that listed the shirts, sizes, colors, names and titles that needed to be added in the imprint colors. I thought wow I spent all that time doing that that should be very helpful to them. But the response I got from Devon was to fill out another form. So basically I was to do all of that work for a third time. I told Devon did I had called him twice or her I don't even know because this person never returned my call only wanted to talk via email. I just wanted to explain the color situation so that I don't have to write details after details wasting my valuable time when you guys are the professionals you should've called me to figure this out it could've been much simpler and much easier. None of my companies will ever use this service. And I will be sure to let everybody I know that they don't do human contact. Of course I got a nice response from Devon that said so sorry you had a bad experience I'll cancel the order no questions asked. I placed my order on 9/20 then talked via email to Lynne Malesevich who told me that my order was not going to be in until 10/8 when I advised her that we needed this before 10/4 for our trade-show. She said I could expedite it but had to pay extra which I agreed to and would get the order on 10/3. On 10/2 I got an email from her again stating my order was out of stock and that if I wanted to put it on back order I would have to wait until 10/28. They were very quick to charge us extra to expedite our order but waiting 1 day before my order should be here to let me know they were out of stock now I am with nothing for my trade-show since I relied on this company. I had a HORRIBLE experience this month with 4Imprint and will never use them again. I placed an order for water bottles, filled out all the necessary details including color-quantity-delivery date requirement. They acknowledge my order and confirmed in writing that I would get the bottles delivered July 16, 2021. Nothing was delivered. I then realized they wrote me on July 12, 2021 to say "we do not have the color you want" "can you choose another color"...I am totally shaking my head. To me this is an urgent matter. They should have called me on my cell instead of only sending the email. I did tell them my displeasure with their ineptitude and questioned as to why would you confirm everything in writing and NOT deliver as you agreed to??? I've not received such poor customer service or lack of patience with an employee of a business in a long time. The first person I spoke with was rude, short, unwilling to help, and over all just not nice. Her tone was very pointed and like she was having a bad day. And passing it onto me. I'm not the best when it comes to technology... I figured I would call to try and talk through the issues I had and the first person I reached (F. DAVIS) was absolutely awful. I wasn't sure what was going on with the emails I was receiving from all different types of people, including one "Chris Hannah" who did not have a professional signature in their email. The person I was originally speaking to(Sheila Lulow) was just passed off to this Chris without any context to me whatsoever when it was handed over. It was confusing. When he sent an email it was poorly written, poor grammar, poor punctuation and just overall confusing without the context. Business email etiquette was not the strong suit here. This is my first interaction with this company and I can't say I'd do business again. I had to finally ask for another person to speak with after this F DAVIS just did not have the bandwidth to speak to me in a professional manner, nor the time to address the issues I was having. I was passed to another woman, Christina Golata, who was a customer service and hospitality dream I might add. Thank you Christina. They are a good company except for two things. I have asked them at least 6 times to stop putting me back on their catalogue list after I place an order with them. Each time they promise. And then lo and behold-- i get more catalogues in the mail. They have zero respect for the environment when they are unable to honor a request like this from a repeat customer. Also it's hit-or-miss with getting edits done right. They can't seem to get simple edits done in an accurate way sometimes (and other times they can). Today I received an email that a product we buy from them will be discontinued and if I would like, I can order until it is gone. WHO DOES THAT? Other companies I work with would just go about their business and when I needed the item, they would just say "sorry". To make it even better, I wrote back saying YES, please order me more. I have used 4imprint for the majority of my company uniforms and giveaways over the last several years, for the most part without problems. On my most recent order, however, I had several issues. Their customer service, however, was on point, very easy to work with, and resolved the situation quickly and within the time frame needed. It is one thing to offer good service when things are running smoothly, but quite another when you run into a problem and you can still go away happy. I am always impressed by these people. I've ordered tens of thousands of dollars in advertising material from these guys and I have to say that their customer service has always been superb. In my last encounter I needed to get the logo edited before I can approve the artwork. 4imprint now has a new feature where the artist calls you and you are able to see their screen and communicate the change. It literally took 60 seconds for the artist to update the logo and make the change on two of my items. He then waited for me to approve the artwork while on the phone. Don't forget to look for coupons before finalizing your order. 4imprint is usually the cheapest, and certainly the most convenient place to order from when you need anything printed. I ordered a produce for rush delivery, paid the rush service charge. Then found out they couldn't provide me the colour I needed in a rush so they switched the colours and still took weeks to deliver and never removed the rush charge and when I questioned them on it they refused to answer. Purchased merchandise from 4imprint numerous times in the past and had very few problems. Tried to ordeR promotional gifts last week and had a completely different experience. Sales person was eager to make the sale but didn't seem to want to help resolve issues with the art department. I have a feeling it was due to the fact that this time I wasn't making a large order I of 100 pieces or more and the item was not one of their more expensive products. I told them I would look elsewhere and the sales person couldn't have cared less. Sad as they were a good company to do business with in the past. I ordered shot glasses. My logo was not printed well. It was crooked. Some of the glasses tilted. The letters were thick on some glasses and there were bubbles in the cup. I went back and forth on the phone with Ralph and was told to write my issue in an email, which was almost pointless because he didn't even include everything that I wrote in my email. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and cannot use the glasses. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT QUALITY. I have worked with 4imprint for the last 4 years for my youth cheer organization. I love they send me free samples. This is especially helpful with apparel orders as everything fits so differently. My sales rep is fantastic, she has her extension in her emails so I am able to call her direct and work with her every time. The 1 time I had an issue with an imprint cracking on a hologram imprint on 1 shirt they replaced it quickly and hassle free. 4imprint has an amazing 360 degree guarantee they stand behind and their customer care reps (the people who fix the order) are super easy to work with and genuinely wanted to help me. I ordered shirts and got a receipt for one price. Once I was sent the secondary invoice I didn't notice my price had gone up by $61. Only after my t-shirts were delivered did I notice and messaged them thinking the coupon I applied was accidentally deleted. They responded that they paid royalties to my university and coupons were not allowed to be added. In absolutely none of the correspondences was that written, so my club actually spent more money than we can earn back from these shirts now. My group needed hats for an event. I placed an order. The customer service was horrible from the start. It took 3-4 days and multiple emails and calls to get any type of answer. They never once answered the phone or returned my voicemail forcing me to email. which they rarely emailed back I messed with them for over a month and eventually canceled my order and had to find another option because they went over the deadline I told them I had. I have been a customer of 4Imprint for many years and I have ordered many different promotional products, such as pens, magnifiers, business card cases, etc. Generally I am very pleased with the product received. Any time that I have received a product which I found to have a flaw, 4Imprint has replaced that product or provided me with a credit towards a future purchase. I recently had an amazing experience with Lynn Engstrom in Customer care. I was placing a re-order on some pens we always keep in stock and give out freely to our customers when I mentioned that since the last batch had arrived with a light imprinted logo, which could be rubbed off, I wanted to make sure that the new order would be darker. I received a shipment a short time later, and to my surprise, was sent twice the amount of pens I ordered. When I called to inquire and arrange for payment, I was told that due to the inferior product, they replaced the pens as well as sent me the new order at no charge. 4Imprint is a company that truly stands by their products. A while back the Sustainability Club decided to get some polycarbonate bottles to sell as a fund raiser. At the time I lived in APT 101. I requested samples from a few different companies, and decided to order from a company called 4imprint. At some point before we received the bottles, I moved to the new Apartment (APT 102). 4imprint was the only company or entity that had the address "Ed Hayes, Sustainability Club, Apt 102". I have been receiving more junk mail in the past 3 months than I could ever imagine. Catalogs for motivational and inspirational pins, catalogs for office equipment and supplies, catalogs for headsets, as well as applications for Citi credit cards and American Express Open cards. About a month ago, I tried to get to the bottom of all the junk mail, so I called 4imprint and asked my sales rep if they sold my name to 3rd parties. She told me no, so I assumed that it must have been another company that I requested samples from. Yesterday, I had enough. I received 5 unsolicited pieces of mail addressed to the Sustainability Club in one day! So I started to call all the companies who send me the catalogs. One said it was illegal to tell me where they got my name. I think it's funny that it is not illegal for them to send me stuff to my address without asking, yet it is illegal to find out where my address came from. I wasn't getting anywhere with the catalogs and companies sending me crap, so I thought I would give 4imprint a call again. At first I said that I only provided my name and address to them. They worked it out of me that I requested samples from other companies. But I had an epiphany! Those requests were to the old address! So I assured them that they are the only company that has received this mailing address. The marketing department rep I was talking to said he would have to talk to his manager, who was in a meeting, and he would give me a call back. After I was done playing tennis about 2 hours later, I checked my voice mail and I had a message from the marketing rep that I talked to. He said that he was very sorry, but they did infact did "rent" my name to third parties. After listing to the complete message, I called him back. We talked for a pretty long time about many things regarding the direct marketing. The one question I asked that stumped him was "Why do you rent or sell private customer information without informing customers that you are? Why do you deny it if they ask?" He replied, "it is industry practice", and they believe that "customers would benefit from the direct mail the receive." I then asked "Why do you assume that the customer wants this information, and opt them in automatically?" He admitted it was a revenue stream for the company and reiterated it was industry standard. How does it being industry standard warrant selling private customer information? At some point in the conversation I told him that companies that send out unsolicited direct mail do it to gain customers. If they must buy addresses and try to get new customers, why would I buy anything from them? Do they not have any repeat customers; do they not get any good word of mouth advertising or respect? I never buy anything from these companies that send direct mail because it is likely that the products are over priced and/or are poor quality. He said that 30% of 4imprints business comes from direct mail catalogs. If I knew 4imprint sent out direct mail in the first place, I would not have bought anything from them. Hell, even if I had asked the sales rep if they sent out direct mail, she would have said no. read more

I found this place on the internet. I called them with an inquiry and the guy on the phone was great. I placed my order, and some hours later they sent an electronic proof, which they changed for me at no extra cost (the text was too small, so they changed the text for me). They were fast at replying emails, they have a great customer service!! I would recommend this place to anyone having to do some rush work.
