My group needed hats for an event. I placed an order. The customer service was horrible from the start. It took 3-4 days and multiple emails and calls to get any type of answer. They never once answered the phone or returned my voicemail forcing me to email. which they rarely emailed back I messed with them for over a month and eventually canceled my order and had to find another option because they went over the deadline I told them I had. Worst customer service ever!! read more

We've used 4Imprint for our local business, based in Virginia. Staff wears their shirts. They have lasted a long time. Really nice and responsive customer service. Good pricing. We'd easily use them again and again. Terrific and creative response. read more

Cant say enough about how fantastic the service from 4imprint was on my recent order. What really sets any company apart is how they deal with errors and issues and 4imprint passed with flying colors. Big shout out to Rhonda for her AMAZING service! read more

They have probably the widest selection of anyone and a sliding scale pricing tool that is really nice. I find their clearance specials to be impossible to beat with the only caveat being there is often none left to reorder so be prepared to pick something new. The ordering process is streamlined, the setup charges and shipping charges are clearly spelled out before placing the order. Shipping costs may seem high for mugs or big loose items but people fail to realize the shippers go by dimensional weight. It costs far more to send a huge 10 pound box than an even heavier but small box. If you have the box dimensions you can use the UPS site as a guide. The weekly and daily specials are often 30% less than everyone while the regular prices are just average online. The site has a lot of apparently wasted space on larger screens. The search function loads directly to a catalog list type of page. I like an overview with manual selection better. Awhile back they were offering a limited number of customers to buy what are nice mugs for $144 plus delivery. Catalogs in the box are a lost touch and still easier than flipping through a site for ideas. read more

Beyond impressed with this company! Amy is awesome: quick to respond, informative, very helpful, and made the process quick and easy. She's on top of it! I ordered pens with my company logo on them. The original design I sent them was too small and wouldn't have looked great on the pen. Instead of just printing anyway, they sent me 3 design alterations to choose from that worked better with the pen. That was awesome! They came out great and I am proud to hand them out to my clients. I'll definitely be using them again! read more

I have received 4imprint magazines and other promotional items, but have never used you guys. I am absolutely floored by the level of customer service and quick turnaround I received from Danielle. I work for a large law firm, and have a few more events where we will need marketing items, I will definitely be using you again. I would also request that Danielle be in charge of our account moving forward. I am also thankful and amazed that I can take a picture of a previous bag and your designers take care of the rest. You have saved me so much time. Thank you so much! read more

I don't recommend this company. Responses are not fast enough. I arranged payment and I was advised after 3 weeks of coordination that they didn't have the product available. Don't waste your time with them. read more

Really bad company. Don't work with them. Their 24 hours service is not accurate. I places an order on Saturday they emailed me Monday morning informing me they will ship in March 2nd !!!! They have ruined my business plans. read more

service was decent. I approved an order with credit card, art, all of it. I was WAITING for it and then they were like "oh, your payment didn't go through" (after a week). So, were they going to call and alert me? Apparently not, the order just sat in limbo. When I indicated I needed it, the rep (Erica) said, "well, you can pay $63 in shipping" and...I'm thinking...I approved this LAST WEEK. If there was an issue you should have called. She said "we are an internet company" (um, ok, who isn't these days?). I cancelled my order (I need the product but I'll order from someone else). read more

Wyatt was amazing. We received our customize bag, after going back and forth with the styles and printing . The bags arrived and I realized I made a huge mistake. we emailed customer service and Wyatt helped us correct our error, send us new bags. Most companies wont go the extra steps when the mistake is on the customer. 4imprint did, they have earned my business for a lifetime. Anyone who wants to do printing , please email or call 4imprint. Once again, I truly appreciate your company for such great customer service. Maryann Streiter read more

Wow, what a remarkably bad experience, even when correcting for Covid supply chain issues. I chose them because of their prices and because they said they had what I wanted in stock. It was a time sensitive order. But they didn't have what I wanted in stock, nor did they have anything comparable. Ultimately, I worked with them to find an alternative but a week later, nearing the deadline, they again said they lacked the stock. I ended up having to cancel the order, disappointing clients. read more

I just ordered a 6x6 ft table cloth. White color cloth with multi color logo with black text. The quality is better than you can imagine! I'm blown away how great it is. So, here's the thing. I never got to ordering from 4Imprint, and I'll tell you why. A few - I think - months ago now, I found out about 4Imprint. Needing some materials for the place I work (that's how I stumbled across it) I was delighted to find this site. Going through, I found some materials my work might appreciate but wanted to order samples to ensure they are of decent quality. I went through the process of making an account, requesting the samples one by one. I received an email shortly after telling me that my samples were on their way, so I waited. I waited, I waited, I waited. I waited for about a month before I grew suspicious and decided to reach out via their live chat to see how long it was supposed to take for samples to arrive. First of all, it took AWHILE to get online to chat with anyone. When she finally did come to chat... Well, apparently if you don't put your company information in - which I didn't as per the request of my company - samples may not be processed therefore you may not get them at all. So, if I received a confirmation email telling my products are on the way... Don't you think you should sort the site out to either process things that don't have company information (I can imagine you have people who aren't with a company), or figure it out and send an email to the individuals letting them know. Literally waited all that time for the girl to request the same information I had already given - name, address, ID number of the samples. Terrible communication guys. And honestly, terrible site to be honest. I won't be ordering from you guys at all. Too worried about my order not being processed. Good job y'all. read more

awful experience. ordered over 100 mugs three weeks in advance of an important event. they took their time on the order and then tried to say I had to expedite shipping for an additional $600. They didn't care that I had provided them a date during the order process and approved that date with standard shipping. I'm guessing they do this to a lot of people. read more

We have ordered promotional items in the past with no problem, but I took it one step further and am very disappointed. We ordered a photo backdrop for an upcoming trade show. I sent over the photos, right away they needed higher resolution. I completely understand that, sent over higher resolution photos. Went back and forth for several weeks, used .png, .tif, .jpg, highest resolution we have, photos that have been used for promo material in the past. Sent over 20 photos. Every time it would be a few days, then they would reach out and say it was grainy. I am now preparing for the trade show with our old backdrop. I started the process a month and a half in advance so we would have plenty of time. They drug their feet, were unhelpful, and finally I just cancelled the order because it wouldn't make it in time. They should stick to cups and pens and take the backdrops off their page, they are obviously unable to do them. I have had backdrops made in the past successfully using some of the same photos. This was not an error on my part. read more

I really need to repeat their company motto - what makes them really special is their people! Had a huge snafu for a charity event - if it had not been for C/S Mgr Tyriver, C/S Rep Hensley (5-Stars herself!), and C/S Rep/Accounting Hable I would have been without a product to give out at Children's Hospital fundraiser! #forever customer read more

Error after error after error..... Let me first say that I have used 4Imprint before and had a good experience, until now. I placed a 24 hour rush job with them around 10am on a Tuesday, selected 2 day shipping, which should have put my order in my hands on Friday. 4pm Tuesday, I get an email asking me to please approve my proof by 5pm central, so they can go into production. Yet the text on my item clearly says I have until 7pm. I reply to said email stating I haven't gotten an artwork proof yet and pointing out the difference of what they are telling me. Instant reply, the person you are emailing is out of the office until Monday. Really?? They just emailed me! So I call, "they are just finishing up your artwork and should have it to you soon". THey do and I approve it. Friday comes.... where is my order??? I once again call to find out what's going on. I never got shipping info or confirmation. "The website doesn't update sometimes, everything is fine." 20 minutes later, they call me back: "We never shipped your order". Seriously??? So they say they'll ship it to me, overnight, Saturday delivery and issue a refund. Okay... Tracking info comes later in an email. Delivery scheduled for Monday. Seriously? I call Saturday morning, the day I need my order, to find out what is going on. Someone forgot to check the Saturday delivery box, and I now have to explain to my boss that because of 4Imprint's dropping the ball 3 times on 1 order, we don't have what we need. Finally, I asked to have a manager call me on Monday morning.......I am still waiting for that call. Got my order Monday morning, too late to use it. Takeaways: 1. If you don't want my business, tell me upfront and I'll go find another company. 2. If you want your boss to think you're an incapable moron, use 4Imprint. read more

I love them because I run a nonprofit and although they couldn't help us with merchandise with our organization name, they still sent us like 200 canvas tote bags which have been very helpful for our company. Thank you again! read more

I wasn't sure this business would be on Yelp and indeed they are. Had to order pens for a company event and could not have been happier. Fast, efficient service and great product. They turned our design around quickly, shipped a day earlier than they committed and our product arrived on time in full. Mike F was the rep who helped us and he was great. Definitely would use again. Quote came in 25% cheaper than a few other places we originally looked at. read more

My company uses 4Imprint a lot, because the people are always helpful and they are able to react very quickly. The reps are very helpful and always make the process easier. This is one of the reasons we use them a lot. read more

I will never use this service again....I had a time sensitive order that I needed to have delivered by a certain day. After numerous calls and reassurances I ordered my product......well they did not follow up, they did not deliver and they were not responsive to my requests. We had some fairly big issues with the order, but the customer service dealing with it was FANTASTIC, so it kind of balanced out in the end. We were ordering customized umbrellas for an event. Unfortunately, after placing the order, we were contacted (nearly two weeks later) to say that they didn't have the color we wanted. We responded to ask for a different color. A week after that we were told that they didn't have that color either- our options were red or green. Given that the event had a "rain" theme and everything was either white, silver or blue, that wasn't going to work. More worryingly, the time taken to go back and forth meant that we had missed order deadlines for other sites, or that we would be cutting it very, very fine. This was very stressful, but then customer service kicked in. They managed to get us the original color we wanted, with the printing that we wanted, just on a slightly different (and more expensive) product. They only charged us the price we would have paid for the original order, and they shipped it express to make sure that it got to us on time. Although the final product wasn't exactly what we wanted (the umbrellas were several inches longer, so not great for the initial plan of having something that fits in a purse easily), it was almost perfect. If it wasn't for the service, they would have got a very different review, but their reps were so helpful and absolutely saved the day. read more

We have used 4Imprint for custom pens and mugs for two different organizations. I have been ordering stuff from these guys regularly and they never disappoint me with customer service, quality or ease of use. If you choose to order a product from 4imprint, please be aware that you have been added to their mailing list. The mailing list includes brand new catalogues with the same product information about every two weeks and a box of junk about once a month. In order to be removed from this list, you must send them your account code (mine was blank) and your address. In my case, I accidentally had one of the products shipped to my home address, doubling the amount of trash I had to throw away or recycle. They claim it takes three weeks to completely remove a person from the mailing list, but it's been almost three months. They are just adding more waste to an already wasteful industry. They no longer have my business. read more

Ordered approximately 2000 removable tattoos for an event and didn't receive them until 2 days after the event was finished. Attempted to work with a sales staff member to ensure on-time delivery but they were not able to confirm that the product would arrive on time. Ordered the product approximately 3 weeks before the event date, disappointed to see another reviewer say that the company worked with them to ensure delivery of product within one week - wish that we could have received that same treatment. Will not be using 4imprints services for future events. read more

I needed shirts for a last-minute event at work and Phil P. went above and beyond to make sure that my order was completed and ready for delivery by the date that I needed. I was pleasantly surprised to when I called this company and found out they were located in Oshkosh, WI....my hometown! What a small world! That aside, I was equally surprised by how fabulous they were to work with! The sales representative (Richard S.) was very helpful and re-emailed logo artwork multiple times in a variety of formats so I could open them from my antiquated work computer. He also communicated frequently with me as I finalized item details and kept me abreast on the printing and shipping status of the items I ordered. I actually just reordered several items and have been effectively communicating with the same sales representative from my first order. I can't say enough positive things about this company except that they have my business from now on! read more

Pros: Good selection, reasonable prices Cons: frustrating to deal with I really hate dealing with 4imprint, but have to because they are on my company's approved vendor list. Their selection is OK, and the prdocts I've gotten from them are fine. However, dealing with them is a nightmare. They have failed to return calls, even to the point where I couldn't place an order I'd been working on for two weeks. Every interaction gets a different rep, who can't find any information about previous conversations, and frankly, doesn't seem to care. I'm sure there are worse vendors on the internet, but nothing about 4Imprint makes me enjoy working with them. read more
