It seems to be a common theme, but their customer service is not only the best in the promotional item business, its one of the best in any business. Personalized service, immediate response, and they ensure they can meet your needs. Most companies you can't even get on the phone. 4 Imprint calls you. Other companies should use 4 Imprint as a model for customer service. I've placed maybe 8 orders with them over the years, mostly big orders and they are 8 for 8 on expectations exceeded. read more

We ordered custom tattoos from this company and contacted them within 20 minutes of placing the order to tell them we sent them the wrong image. We contacted them 4 times the same day we placed to order to get this changed. Not only did they not send us a proof but they shipped the item without responding. When we finally were able to get ahold of someone they said there was nothing they could do. Also, the tattoos turned an ugly brown and were low quality. Buyer beware. read more

Just an awesome company. They offer great products like their pens, canopies, and embroidered shirts at a great price. Julie McDonald is great to work with. Order after order they deliver again and again. read more

I had an outstanding experience working with this company. They have amazing customer service that is very responsive and attentive to the customer needs. I recently ordered hats in bulk for promotional materials for my company. 4imprint managed my expectations and ensured that I left a satisfied customer. I highly recommend this company and plan to go through them for all my print and promotional needs. Thank you for the highest level of customer satisfaction provided. read more

4imprint just turned a terrible and frustrating experience into a great one. After a frustrating experience with one of the competitors, 4imprint was able to get me the items I needed, the way I needed them and on time - with excellent customer service along the way. Thanks for all of the help! read more

For the past 3 years I have been ordering our pens through 4imprint. They are wonderful to work with the the pens are great quality. My favorite has been The Cubano pen. They look great, they write great and I get lots of compliments on them. read more

Excellent price and quality on imprinted personalized note pads for our business. We had been using vistaprint but their prices have gone stratospheric. Searched around and found 4imprint, very happy with speed of service (3 days with free shipping), communications (very fast turnaround on proofs, which they emailed within a couple of hours), and product selection (they offer a 15 page notepad which is just right for motels, trades shows and other giveaway situations). Make sure to google for their discount promo code too, you can get $5 or more off your order depending on size of order. This is a good source for printing note pads; we haven't tried their other products like shirts, coffee mugs etc. yet. read more

I requested a free sample of a product, as advertised on their website, and haven't received anything even though it's been over a month. Multiple emails requesting information on their services have gone unanswered. Definitely won't be spending money with a company that doesn't even answer emails. Too bad, really, as their products and services look interesting and reasonably priced. read more

Over the years I have dealt with a variety of promotional products companies. No one has ever come close to the professionalism of 4Imprint. From their extremely well developed ordering systems, to the customer service, and prompt responses, I find them to be one of the best run businesses that I have encountered. read more

Consistently outstanding customer service, quality of items and price point. Michael is awesome and they donate daily to worthy charities. Jon is spot on with getting things through before my deadlines. read more

Wanted to give this place a chance, but not good... I was looking to customize a journal and buy in bulk for an organization. Ordered one of the journals as a sample from "Madeline." I had asked if the company could imprint our design onto the journal as well. (I sent her a picture of the specification). Unfortunately, they shipped me the wrong item (mixed up our order with another customer's. It is interesting from yelp, that this issue seems to happen to other people as well). I understand that mistakes happen, no biggie. I emailed Madeline. She doesn't even apologize for the mistake. Instead replies with, "Okay, we can reship." Hmm, not very professional. They do reship the journal. Unfortunately, this was not what I expected. It looked nothing like the pictures on their website. It was too small and did not look like a journal you would use for a professional organization of business. No way, we're getting these journals ("Executive bound journal")... They also did not imprint our designs, even though I had asked them multiple times. In fact, they just ignored me. If you cannot imprint the design on the sample, that's fine. At least, let the customer know that you cannot fulfil the request rather than ignore 3 of their emails and just shipping a tiny, little plain journal as an unpleasant surprise. I was also contacted by another one of their associates, Susan. She wanted to follow up about my recent order. "Oh cool." Thought they were going to make things right. As soon as I explain to her the situation about receiving the wrong item and then receiving the item that did not meet our needs, she never responded back... Well, looks like we're going to look elsewhere for custom journals. read more

I ordered a table runner with our company logo and name. The color of the logo was NOT correct. It's supposed to be a deep red, but came back almost a rusty-orange. As it's on a white runner the fabric was not the issue. 4imprint made a new one, free of charge, and it is better, but still not great. I sent them the exact RGB code . . . . Won't use them again. read more

Don't request free samples from 4imprint, it will take several months before you get one, if you are planning to check the product before ordering, be patient because you will need to wait very, very, very long time before getting what you request. read more

Awesome! I've placed several orders and each time I was very pleased with the service and my product. My orders always arrive on time and the reps are always courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient when I have to call in. I've only had one minor problem and it was handled quickly and thoroughly. read more

4Imprint features fast turnaround of a broad variety of branded tradeshow and event type giveaways. The customer service reps are friendly, orders are proceed fairly quickly and delivery is fast. But internal communication is horrific and detailed orders can easily be fowled up, repeatedly. I got the feeling no one there was talking to anyone else to ensure my order was completed properly. I've ordered several large orders of USB flash drives which were to be branded with my company logo and pre-loaded with content. Each time when the orders arrived the branding was done but on the drives there was either the email I had sent to them about the content or no content at all. The CSRs were apologetic and refunded the charges but I looked increasingly incompetent in the eyes of my customer when 4Imprint repeatedly sent incomplete orders. Bottom line: if it's something very simple, these guys are a good way to save money. If attention to detail is important, spend a little more money and get that order done right elsewhere. read more

Awesome company!! We bought 500 pens for our company and we ordered a gray barrel with a green logo. When we received them the gray was too dark so that we could not really read the logo. We called the customer service and they said that they should have picked up on the error and sent us 500 new pens with a lighter colored barrel at no charge. We will definitely be using 4imprint again in the future! read more

Ordered a sample Gym bag- the gym bag has started to rip and tear- I guess thats why they call it a sample product. Tried following up with Customer Service by email, and phone, they refuse to help me. Worst Customer service ever. Will take my business elsewhere. read more

Impressed with how easy it has been to deal with 4imprint!!! I worked previously in merchandising for very large companies and can say that 4imprint has been TOP NOTCH in their customer service--THANK YOU! I've been ordering gifts for the holidays and can say that I will use 4imprint from now on as the other company was not nearly as accommodating in their quality of product and service. read more

At work, I'm in charge of purchasing promotional items. I can not begin to tell you how wonderful all my products have been. From study canvas totes, to fantastically smooth writing pens, nothing but quality product. I did have an issue once though. I had purchased a blue tumbler that I needed for a Christmas event. The website showed a blue that was light enough to be able to support black text. These would be ideal for my purchase. Once the tumblers arrived, the cup was not nearly as translucent as the web page suggested. The black text was not visible at all! I called customer service (it was a Tuesday), and the understood my problem. They quickly offered to remake the cup, at no additional charge with a text color of my choice. They had offered to have them express shipped to arrive the following Monday. I had no problem with that. The problem came when they didn't arrive that following Monday. I checked the tracking, and they had been shipped out on Monday and were due to arrive on Friday. (!!!) This would have been far past my Christmas event at work. I called and spoke to customer service again. They understood my situation and made it right! They overnighted a new batch of my order at no additional charge! The tumblers were absolutely stunning and super kid friendly. Shipping fiasco aside, I will definitely purchase from 4imprint again. read more

Literally the worst! My businesses has ordered lots of things from 4imprint, and since I've been here, every single order has been messed up. We were sent 5 batches of the wrong mugs over a month's time span before we gave up and ordered them from another company. We thought we'd try again with a re-order of our pens, sticky notes, and chip clips, but it just turned into another headache. We were sent the wrong color of chip clips and every single pen in our box was misprinted. The text was all overlapping each other. That wasn't how it looked in the proof. I have wasted so much of my time trying to get our orders corrected. I can't deal with these careless mistakes anymore. We sent our mugs to be printed by Marco Promotions and they got it right on the first try. 4imprint has just lost a big customer to Marco Promotions. read more

We have used 4imprint for several items and they have always been delightful to work with. The cups we ordered were done perfectly and completed and shipped promptly. We recently ordered pens and they made it very easy for us. The website is easy to use and the employees that we have spoken to or have reached out to us have been pleasant and quite helpful. Thank you 4imprint for taking the guesswork out of custom promotional products. read more

I will never do business with another promotional company. 4Imprint sent me some mugs I ordered, and when I express my disappointment that the logo washed off in the dishwasher, and that I needed the mugs for an event in 2 weeks, they worked with me to choose a different (dishwasher-safe) mug, get the artwork right, and shipped it to me overnight, just in time for my event. I have never had customer service this attentive! They did exactly what they said they would do, on time, and at great expense to themselves just to make me happy. They succeeded. I am very happy with the result. 4Imprint is AWESOME! read more

I had a good experience, I ordered some promotional items and some did arrive defective. I did not complain because it was not a big deal but after a few months a representative called me to see if I was satisfied with my order. I told her that actually a few were defective and she offered to send me new ones immediately at no cost, I was really impressed with the quality of costumer service. sometimes there can be defects in the product or the production but I am giving 5 stars for the service and care, Thank you. read more

Our company has used 4imprint before so that's how I heard about it but this was our first order from our department. They were very accommodating and helpful in getting us the product we requested even though it wasn't on their website. Then when we received our order, there had been an oversight on my end and I contacted the company to redo it, they went above and beyond my expectations. You don't find that kind of customer service very often anymore and I would 100% recommend this company to everyone!! read more

4 imprint is great! They really have excellent customer service. They went above and beyond for a recent order and I was very appreciative. I have used many companies for different products, but I have had the best experiences with 4imprint and they have a large amount of great product. 5 stars all the way! read more

Disappointed to say the least. Large University order placed with the company and their production team failed to communicate a delay in the product arrival. Seniors graduated without receiving their product and school had to eat the cost. Quality control seems to be lacking as well, items arrived with holes and logos printed on the wrong sides. No compensation from the company just "sad-face" emojis via email and run-around on the phone. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Very disappointed. I almost feel ripped off. They sell 6XL T-shirts and I wanted to put a picture on it, for a gift. I only had one picture of my friend, and not a good one... They obligate you to buy 18 T-shirts... So, one t-shirt became 18....... My picture showed lots of background... so I wanted it cropped off. They are not set up like VistaPrint to crop things. So, I could not order. I went on my computer and spent numerous hours trying to crop the picture. I somehow was successful, and tried ordering again. I phoned them to make sure that the picture was good, and was informed that they'd have to charge an other $100.00 or the picture would look like a cartoon... They had accepted the order as placed, why add $100.00 after? If they claim to be able to place pictures on T-shirts, and they offer those T-shirts, why now claim a cartoon outcome, or an extra charge later on? Pictures are usually in color, so accepting the order, and increasing the price later, is illogical. This felt like a scam......... After all those efforts, I had to cancel. read more

Don't know why I thought I would give them another shot. They previously messed up on an order of two different items. They refunded our money for those misprints, so I thought I would try again. But, as before, they screwed up. On the design and the shipping, did a chat with a customer service agent and he was extremely rude. Will never use them again. read more

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I order tote bags from 4imprint for a corporate event. Very disappointed with this company. Could not follow simple instructions. They charge my credit card before I even summit or approve the artwork. Was thoroughly unimpressed by the service. Not very quick response times from sales reps and refusal to get us proof of design for our items. Lets start with how what they are suppose to do, is not at all what they do. I ordered a custom tablecloth and carrier from them. I received the tablecloth, not a carrier, and during an event it fell in the rainy mud. They replaced it and sent a carrier. That's good, but from there is gets bad. I wanted to order another tablecloth, contacted customer service, and never got a response. I contacted again and was told, the message was never received but they were responding to me on the thread with the request. I then wanted to order coffee cups and received and email from a supervisor who told me the company had no minimum order however, when i went to place an order I was told I had to order a minimum regardless to what was previously stated. Lastly, attempting to give them one last try, I ordered a sample mug put in my mailing address awaited its arrival only to realize, it wasn't sent because they wanted to update my previous address on file and wouldn't send it until I confirmed the new address. Its been a month and it is still not here. In my honest opinion, do not order from them unless you want the run around. read more

This is my second order in less than a month! I was so impressed with my first order I wanted to try them again. It wasn't a fluke the service was only better on the second go around. I imputed "a rush" on the order, but didn't need it on a rush. They honored the rush and took the $40.00 rush charge off my bill. Amazing customer is always right culture. The follow up and are getting all my business from here on out! Thanks!!! read more

This is my go-to logo marketing company; as others have said before me, their customer service is second to none. I recently approved artwork for my go-to product, their riviera mug, and when the mugs arrived I realized I made a mistake; I intended for the logo to be on the front, not wrapped. I called to reorder and asked if they would consider a discount since I had no use for the current mugs. They asked that I donate the mugs to a non-profit and redid the entire order at no charge. My mistake...for free. Every customer service rep is as good as the next, they are all happy and obviously love their jobs and excel at dealing with rushed items and stressed out planners. read more

These guys are the worst of all the worse vendors. We should have taken the time to read the reviews here and also on google. They're as horrible and more as mentioned. Beware they also have other web names and others where they simply keep generating new names for service online and rip off people. We ordered 100's of promotional items and they completely messed everything up in terms of color and design and we're still going back and forth for them to either redo or refund our amount. It was a very timely thing we needed for an event and when we received the items it was completely different from what we ordered and looked horrible. Even the quality is bad. If you reach their customer service guys (and most of them seem to be offshore call centers) they will simply pretend that everything is taking time and pretend that one person doesn't know what the other representative was saying or doing (even though we've emails and phone calls confirming everything). They will literally drive you nuts. Never again. They will purposely go around and around and take for every to do anything and give all kind of excuses. We just saw their price and forgot to read reviews and got into this mess. Now we couldn't even deliver our items for the event. Avoid them at all costs or you'll just find out what a real nightmare vendor they are. Horrible!!! read more

Dealing with 4 imprint has been a nightmare! This place and Discount Mugs are the worst to deal with. I placed an order with 4 imprint, and I had to send them everything. Art work, lettering and design. I even sent a picture of the design on a tee shirt. They sent me a proof of a very toned down version and wrong color design. Imprint area very, very ,very small. I was told they could enlarge the imprint area for a large fee. So I cancelled the order. They don't send any confirmation to you that your order has been cancelled. I called in twice to make sure the order was cancelled, because i was receiving emails saying they were working on the shirt. I was told the team leader Kristi Anderson would send me an email to confirm the cancellation. She never did. The charge is still in my credit card and I am fighting with them to get it removed. I was going to order bags and lanyards through them, but no way. My order #10521861. Stay Away from this place. read more
