I would like to tell you about my buying experience with 4imprint. It all started in the month of March when we finally chose the shirts we wanted, we got the logo in and the colors specifically chosen. I went on to order the said t-shirts in the colors I wanted as none of the colors were out of stock on the website. To my dismay, after ordering I received notification that indeed one of the colors I wanted was not available. I would told I would have to wait until April to get the colors. A bit frustrating to be let down, but I could wait till then to get the colors, because the Heather Dark Gray was what we really wanted for the Ladies shirts. We could wait, we have to wait. Thankfully we got the order of the mens shirts in a timely manner, but we were surprised when we received a batch of ladies shirts, though not in the color we had chosen. Inquiring about the shirts, we found out that a mistake was made and all seemed well, until I heard that the Heather Dark Gray shirts were now further out of stock, pushed back to June. "It went from two weeks of waiting to two months? Why? Was it because of the incorrect color of ladies shirts we received? Or because supplier issues? I don't understand what is going on." I thought to myself. Regardless, an apology was issued and again we now submitted to waiting. Now it seems for an eternity. Now it is June, I hadn't had any updates on the shirts and the my coworkers are wondering where there shirts are. I called to see where the shirts are in the process. Surely some good news would be awaiting me, after all, I had ordered these shirts 80 days ago. With hopes high, I called a sales representative to find out what was happening. They looked into the order and sent me an email. Disappointment overwhelmed me as I ready the words "The backordered shirts are scheduled to be back in stock on July 5." Really. I had been told by the website they were available in March, then told it would be available in April, then told in it would be in June, and now July. How can I be certain this will be the case when I had been misinformed so many times already. At this rate it will be over 100 Days from when we ordered till we receive the shirts we wanted. I hope you guys can do better. Thank you for reading. read more

I ordered 12 shirts for my new company with the name printed on them. When I received the shirts (all size Medium) they were very snug fitting. I normally wear size small but I didn't want to take any chances thinking a little big is better than too small. So needless to say, I was so disappointed. I didn't think I could return them because of my company name on them. I was getting emails from 4imprint wanting to know if I was satisfied, kept ignoring them and one evening decided to reply to the 2 questions they kept asking - I told them how disappointed I was. Immediately I got a response back wanting to fix the problem and was totally shocked! Jen Liedke was the most professional, pleasant person I've dealt with in a long time (didn't know that those type of people existed anymore). They shipped out a whole new order of large & x-large shirts- I received them today which the turnaround time was extremely fast! Thanks to Jen , I will continue to order from 4imprint. Make sure you order 2 sizes up - they do run very small. read more

I'm giving them one star because the only easy and enjoyable part of this process was how quickly they shipped the items i ordered. I ordered 50 bamboo cutting boards with silicone rings and sent over the image that i wanted to be engraved on them. Once i received the cutting boards, the quality of the engraving was repulsive. The consistency of each engraving was horrible! None of them looked them same. Some of them were extremely light and could barely be read and others weren't fully engraved and some were both too light and not fully engraved. Now, when i contacted them about this issue they were on top of it and were very helpful and delivered brand new ones very quickly without me having to return the first set, but... the new ones they sent were the same exact quality as the first set! (too light and not fully engraved!!) Unfortunately because of this i will never recommend this company to anyone and i will never purchase from here again! read more

I placed my first order with 4imprint about 3 weeks ago. My order arrived and the tumblers we got with our logo came our fantastic. The printing was great and the quality of the tumbler was beyond out expectation. We would have been happy to order again if that was the end of our experience, but it got better. So we realized after counting the shipment that we had 2 boxes missing even though UPS showed that they delivered everything. I called ready to go through a huge ordeal to get the rest of our product. While UPS has not even emailed or called me back, 4imprint responded immediately. They were sooooo helpful. Dana our original rep got me in contact with Karla right away and the rest of our order is on its way. It's so great to know there are still businesses like 4imprint that are willing to offer such great customer service. They have made a loyal customer out of me. Thank you guys! read more

Kudos to the 4imprint customer service team. Months ago I contacted the company to print replacement panels. Jolissa answered my preliminary questions about artwork specifications, lead time, and cost. Only weeks ago, I called the company again to confirm the estimated time for production and delivery (without rush charges) prior to an upcoming trade show. Andrew spoke with the Creative Department to ensure an accurate answer to my questions. He also worked with me to transfer large files and get proofs to me. Then he sent the package shipping number for tracking. I received the new dye-sublimated panels today, which fit my existing pop-up floor display frame. The material is actually a better quality than the original panels. Thank you to this fantastic service team! read more

Amazing company. We ordered some stainless steel drink containers with our company logo on them. When they arrived, the imprint was different from what had been sent. We figured we were out of luck (since we'd approved the artwork) and said as much in an email expressing our frustration, expecting to hear that there was nothing they could do. We were wrong. Not only did they immediately contact us to apologize for the incorrect artwork, they offered to remake the containers, let us keep the ones we had, and rush ship the new ones in time for our Christmas party. At no extra charge! Truly amazed by this level of service. We can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you Amanda and Megan for going above and beyond! We recently ordered banners from 4Imprint and, a few days later, realized that we had made a spelling error. I reached out to their customer service, fully expecting to deal with the usual back-and-forth or complications. Instead, within just a few hours, they responded with, "It's okay, we'll redo everything for free--no worries." Can you imagine the level of relief I felt? And it's just one example of their work and attitude. This level of support, reassurance, and willingness to go above and beyond completely blew us away. The team at 4Imprint truly stands out, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction and community support. I can't express enough how highly I recommend them! Thank You read more

We have dealt with 4imprint for several years. I have always been 100% satisfied with them. I have spoken to multiple customer serviced reps and every one of them has been so helpful. Kenzie has been especially helpful as has Kristen. The product has been as described, pricing is fair, and delivery time has been on spot for me. Don't hesitate to reach out to the staff for input and help prior to placing an order. They are a wealth of information and will send a sample prior to ordering so you know what you are getting...no surprises. We have ordered clothing, promotional giveaways, camping chairs, blankets, weekend bags and reusable totes. Always happy with the process from beginning to end. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a keychain and updated my shipping address before placing the order. Despite confirming with customer service multiple times that the address had been updated, the package was still sent to my old office address. I reached out via phone and chat to correct the issue, but the address was never properly updated. When I contacted them again, I was told they couldn't find our address, which was baffling as we regularly receive packages from all over the world without any issue--even from China. I ordered cups for our high school baseball team and without realizing I made an error in the size. I ordered a 12 ounce cup and when I received them they were like child size cups. I talked with Karen (my rep) and told her our dilemma. I explained our boys raised the money for these cups and if she could help. TO my surprise I was sent an email that they would be sending out new bigger cups at no additional charge. I was so elated and grateful that 4imprint was able to help us. I had the best customer service from them and would definitely be spreading the word about this company. Thanks for all you do!!! Definitely will be placing my orders here in the future. read more

4 imprint has exceptional customer service! I was able to receive samples of the products I was interested in free of charge. When I placed my order the artwork was prepared quickly and the order shipped out right away. I got my order less than 1 week from when I placed the order. When looking at all of the bags I noticed some slight smudging on a few of them, I reached out to the representative I was working with just to let them know. They offered to replace all the items with any issues. I am so pleased with this company and will be using them for all my future orders! I'm currently waiting on some more samples for my next order! read more

Planning a 50th High School reunion was hard enough but choosing and imprinting the "swag bag" items was hard. 4imprint made it super easy to order and even sent a wonderful catalog once I enrolled with them. I have absolutely no graphic arts talents but they took what I sent them and created a wonderful design. Allyssa Schlieve, my customer rep I was assigned after I placed the order was terrific in understanding my requests and quickly responded to every one and there were several. Thanks to all the fantastic staff at 4imprint for making this part of the reunion planning seemless. Highly recommend them! read more

My company puts on Home Shows, and I have a Home Show this weekend. I placed a 6000 grab bag order for a customer, our Grab Bag sponsor, and when we opened the box today, the logo color didn't look like we thought it would when we approved the proof. I called Chloe, and she was so helpful! Not only did they refund our customer's order, but they are sending a replacement that will arrive one day into our show, so that the customer will have a high-quality item to pass out to the attendees. I can't recommend 4Imprint highly enough. They are great to work with, and I will be ordering from them again! read more

I have been in public relations and marketing for nearly 40 years and have purchased literally hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of imprinted premiums at all levels. I can honestly say that 4Imprint has the best customer service available anywhere in the field. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, quick to answer questions or correct issues and cannot do enough for their customers. They offer quality items at competitive prices and the processes are always quick and seamless. I can't recommend them highly enough. 4imprint provides a consistent 5 star experience in price, product quality and customer service. Working in local government for 17 years, I have dealt with vendors from across a vast spectrum of goods and services. In that time, not one vendor has ever provided the level of customer service that I have received from 4imprint's staff. Samantha M. was exceptionally helpful after I made a bulk purchase of an incompatible item for my agency. Her focus was ensuring customer satisfaction from the word, "GO." I will be back again and again for all of our promotional printing needs. read more

Holy smokes, such AMAZING service by this company. Incredible customer relations, highly-responsive, and a pleasure to work with via chat, email and phone. A service they offer is real-time changes by a graphic designer - they call you and make changes to your design while you watch on YOUR screen. Awesome. Even more amazing: we had an issue with our logo on a printed bag and 4Imprint quickly resolved this within 24 hours of my email for no charge. Plus I had two different people call me to make sure my issues was resolved. I will definitely return as a client. Jennifer read more

We have used 4imprint occasionally for different needs at our business. We are located in Asheville, NC where Hurricane Helene destroyed much of our community. 4imprint heard about this and offered vouchers to businesses in our area affected by this unexpected Mountain Hurricane! We were able to redeem that voucher on our most recent order with them and they even gave us additional off what the total was going to be with the vouchers! We love the products. They are easy to work with. And we've simply had an all-around positive experience with them! read more

This company is amazing! My rep Erin Hopfensperger was outstanding. Ordering was a breeze and their design team would call me within 1 minute of putting in any design change request. I have ordered supplies with other companies and 4imprint is top notch and by far way exceeding all of my expectations. I ordered marketing supplies for our physician offices and the sticky note blocks were so unique and the print was perfect. When they arrived my whole team was in awe at how amazing they looked. I will be switching all my imprint needs to them. read more

I own a musical instrument store and do promotional packs for back to school. We have always had good service. This year they went above and beyond!! After discovering that my order was delayed or possibly destroyed in the California wild fires, Kathryn Hable offered to reprint my order at no additional charge and have it shipped over night to meet my deadline. Then, when my original order showed up, they let me keep both!! Do business with this great company with confidence! They truly care about customer satisfaction. read more
