I won't go into all the details but it comes down to horrible customer service with one male answering the phone and giving attitude constantly like a 14-year-old girl on her menstrual cycle. Tom, if you could ever get him on the phone, would give you incorrect information or withhold it by saying he didn't know he'd get back to you or there was nothing he could do. Do. This is important stuff that should not be messed around with. I suggest you find a different insurance agency because this deals with your livelihood. In case you do have this company and they're finding the same experience, ask for headquarters number and they will get everything taken care of while being very friendly and in under 10 minutes. I was battling and refund for 30 days and was getting nowhere with Tom. Get the number and call yourself. You won't regret it.

Whenever you call, no matter who answers, they never know what is going with your policy. The comment "We will have to leave a message for Tom as we cannot answer this question" was used every time we called. That would be OK if Tom ever called you back on a timely manner. We now have our policy cancelled and still have money being automatically withdrawn every month. We call in to confirm if they cancelled our policy and each time no one knows what is going on. They think they have it figured out and yet again they take more money from our account. They state its going to take a while to even get refunded for all the money they took and instead of getting our money back more money is being taken from us. I would never recommend this insurance company to anyone.

They have saved us much over the years, even when our sons began driving and began accumulating points on their licenses. Our sons left the nest, cars were sold and replacements purchased. Adjustments to our policies based on these changing needs were always tended to. And, yes, we ran into a payment deadline as well. The Bock staff caught it, we were notified, and I hand delivered a check to their office to make up for our oversight. Simple. We moved out of state last year to tend to aged parents. If Bock were licensed in our new home state we would still be clients.

I dropped my vehicles from my policy in order to save $1200/year. I was getting them set up and forgot to mail in my homeowners insurance payment. It was a human error that I take full responsibility for. I got a letter on March 20th stating I would be cancelled if payment wasn't received by March 30th. On April 4th, the check was cashed. On April 14th a new check that was issued to me, was in my mailbox. Now I am without insurance for over 30 days. You might not know this, but I'm sure that they do, but this is a big deal. So now I am upset and I call my agent. He says hi to me using my first name. So I am in his phone as a client. He basically tells me to contact the agent that took over my vehicles as he can't help me. This is how they help you. They take your money until you actually need them to stand up for you, then they tell you they can't help. I am paying for trusting this stranger with my well-being. He doesn't care about anyone but himself. Be aware of that.
