He walked me through the process, explained everything that was going to happen. He was there when something exciting happened and there when some issues came up and I needed support. I moved out of the home before there was an accepted offer. Mike would stop by every few days to check on the house to make sure everything was OK. Mike is the realator you want when you sell or buy your home. Jeff L.

This review is solely for Deb Basler…read more While in town for the weekend (from Memphis...so not a short trip!), we got it into our heads that we wanted to see some condos, and see them, well, right now. The boyfriend made a few calls and got someone on the phone who promised to call around and see if anyone was available. Not super promising, but, well, it was the Saturday before Christmas -- what could we really expect? Shortly thereafter, we received a call from Deb, who said she could show us some vacant units later that afternoon. Not only was she willing to drop everything and come out on a Saturday, she was full of information about the area, low pressure, and surprisingly honest about what we were looking at -- no sugarcoating, "Everything's fabulous!" realtor crap. And thus we were off and running on a home search that took several months, while she patiently put up with our waffling between buying or renting, condos vs single family homes, and much more. When we announced that we wanted to come up for a weekend and see 22 homes in 2 days, Deb didn't bat an eye, but just asked for the list and planned out the showings. When we ran ahead of schedule, wanted second showings, and suddenly wanted to add properties we'd seen in the paper, she got on the phone and made it happen. I can't imagine spending 2 full days with anyone else -- Deb's low key, fun, and slightly irreverent attitude kept me going through far more homes than anyone should see in such a short period of time! Even the scads of paperwork required for an offer were made more bearable by Deb's approach. "This is just another stupid thing you need to sign" boils it down to my level -- I don't need 20 minutes of explanation about something that I'm required to sign in order to make an offer! And the fact that she was willing to come into the office at 8pm on a Sunday to write an offer, after a full day of showings, really meant a lot. After we moved into our new home, Deb sent us a lovely note thanking us and welcoming us to Oshkosh, and even included a gift card to Menards, which was just the cherry on top of a great experience. If you're thinking of buying a home in Oshkosh, call Deb -- she's the best!

I've been a senior resident in the Oconomowoc School Apartments since it's first year of opening…read more(2012). I've had two apartments here and pay full market rent. Maintenance now in 2022 has become poor and it has been difficult to retain maintenance men, primarily to the low wages ACC pays. One of the attractions had been the amenities that come with the rent - a Fitness room, an equipped Business center and garage parking. The garage floor has been cleaned perhaps twice since opening. The Business center has been closed for the last three years and the heat serving the Fitness room has had to be turned on at the beginning of every cold season. It has not been turned on yet this season (Dec 9, 2022) and morning temperatures have ranged between 57 and 59, and we are not even in severe cold winter yet. I have brought this to the attention of the current manager several times. There has been no correction to this. Many residents wait very long times for even the basic plumbing repairs, lighting, filter changes, etc. maintenance services. And yes, the rent is increasing every year. I would no longer recommend this apartment to prospective residents. I used to do this. Michael P.

Realtor: Kelly Miller. Let's start with the listing: The…read morehouse listing indicated the yard was fenced; it was not. I asked Kelly how I go about finding our lot line in order to install a fence and her response was, "Let the fence installer figure that out." We were told, "This house just came on the market." No it did not. It had been listed for 14 days. Little white lies made me wonder what else she was being deceitful about. None of the appliances, included in the listing (as if we were getting such a great deal), were operable. None! When first walking through the house, I commented on the squeakiness of some spots in the floor (bedroom floors were wood covered with carpet), and her comment was, "Oh that's just the wood floor underneath." Really?? I found Kelly to be incredibly irritating, frustrating, and scatter-brained. If it were up to me I would have listened to my gut and gone with a different realtor, right then and there, but I wasn't the one officially buying the house. When she sent the seller an amendment on the "offer to purchase" she didn't communicate that to us, or even that the seller had 7 days to respond. We had to contact her. There were typos in 2 emails she sent me. The first one was in the phone number for the inspector. When I couldn't get a hold of him, it dawned on me that the number must be wrong, and it was. The second typo was in the email to confirm the closing date and time where she indicated the wrong date. She pushed the HMS Home Warranty, which to this day still infuriates me. Although the seller paid for it, it was still $500 more we could have gotten back at closing. The warranty is such a scam I filed a complaint with the BBB. On the day of the inspection, she kept interrupting the inspector asking irrelevant questions, which was so frustrating to me. The inspector was visibly irritated, too. I just wanted her to let him focus on the task at hand. Then later, when explaining some of his findings to me, she interrupted saying, "Oh that's happening with my stove." He continued talking with me, and again, she interrupted to ask him what she needed to do to fix the problem with her own stove vent at home. The inspector noted that the electrical wiring on the outside of the house needed updating, and there was obvious repair needed, but the person hired to do the update just covered up the problem instead of actually fixing it even after I asked Kelly if she would be checking to see that repair work was actually done, and how we would know that it was done correctly, according to the amendments. She said, "Well, they have to repair everything correctly" as if I was asking the dumbest question she had ever heard. She never could give me a straight answer. She was always very condescending with her responses to our questions. We felt like we never knew what was to happen next, and it wasn't a good feeling. Terrible first-time home buying experience!

We are so thrilled with our daughter's University of Arizona graduation photos from Jennifer Lee…read morePhotography! This was everything we hoped for and her photos came out capturing our daughter's smile ; personality; the memories of her years at U of A. We even had some photos taken in the desert to show what going to college in Arizona truly embodies ! We wanted some photos taken with her boyfriend and her bestie in their cap and gowns too; that was not an issue! Jennifer has a lot of patience and goes over everything with you when you pre - hire and post - hire her. If you have questions , she is quick to respond ... I had many! My daughter wanted A LOT of 'props' and poses and I wanted to make sure we didn't spend twelve hours in the heat , for example, baking doing 150 repetitive scorpions for the perfect shot ! Jennifer also allowed for a few changes in clothing / shoes for different places on campus and to the 'golden hour ' at Sabino Canyon.. she even brought a beautiful antique pink velvet chair for the shoot! We were allowed to pick a lot of shots to have edited .. there were so many great ones to choose from , it was hard! Then the prints you can actually purchase from Jennifer's site are very good quality and came in two days , which was amazing as I used them at Alexa's graduation celebration at our country club and her guest book! The wallets were great for the announcements & thank you notes ! We are so impressed! Prefect in so many ways ! You get these memories once in a lifetime.. don't take the chance of not having them be all they should be .. We didn't find Jennifer Lee to be over the top expensive or unreasonable and she spent a lot of time making sure she got the perfect shots !

She didn't rush through our photo shoot, she took her time to insure we got some great shots. In addition, we chose to purchase extra hours to get some photographs in the desert. Everyone who has seen his pics have been in awe!! I am so grateful we met Jen and look forward to hiring her again if ever in Tucson. Take a looks at these pics. I'm super picky!! She truly is incredible and captured some great moments and shots!
