I would give zero stars if I could. Everything is fine and dandy as long as you are paying your…read morepremiums and don't need anything from them. I dropped my vehicles from my policy in order to save $1200/year. I was getting them set up and forgot to mail in my homeowners insurance payment. It was a human error that I take full responsibility for. I got a letter on March 20th stating I would be cancelled if payment wasn't received by March 30th. On April 4th, the check was cashed. On April 14th a new check that was issued to me, was in my mailbox. Now I am without insurance for over 30 days. You might not know this, but I'm sure that they do, but this is a big deal. So now I am upset and I call my agent. He says hi to me using my first name. So I am in his phone as a client. He basically tells me to contact the agent that took over my vehicles as he can't help me. This is how they help you. They take your money until you actually need them to stand up for you, then they tell you they can't help. I am paying for trusting this stranger with my well-being. He doesn't care about anyone but himself. Be aware of that.
