We were supposed to close 11/27/17 but found out 11/20/17 that the date needed to be moved back. Little did we know that the next four weeks of our lives would be lived off of lies by Cornerstone and not just from the people working out of the Appleton office, also from their corporate office in California. Instead of Cornerstone telling us from the beginning what was going on, they chose to be rude to us, ignore us, threaten us and lie to us repeatedly for four weeks. They knew the magnitude of people this was affecting and they showed absolutely no remorse. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use Cornerstone Mortgage. It was seriously the worst experience of our lives and no one else should have to go through that.
