The contractor (Luke) that worked on my floors was professional, friendly, respectful of my home, and explained things in a way that someone with little knowledge of the subject could understand. I am left with a final invoice yet one room not finished, one room without a threshold and flooring run short under my dishwasher, so two gaps.

Amount taken was 1/2 the cost. before he got the check he was answering his phone and email, after his phone was disconnected and he will not respond to emails. I rate him less than minus 100 as he ripped off an elder. if anyone knows where he is please let me know ASAP, as we need address to take him back to small claims court. She also was very helpful with design ideas and guiding us to choose things that would work together. When we wanted a style or product they didn't have she was able to find it and get it in stock for us. She didn't make us feel rushed and she and the team did a great job installing all the tile and flooring. Hailey was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly and accurately. Hailey also helped us on pricing when needed and if we were able to find the same product at a lower cost elsewhere she was always willing to price match. Some other people involved in our build would be visibly bothered by late changes or requests, but that was not at all the case with Hailey.
