Horrible service. I brought my loan to Cambridge mortgage and it was from a house I lived in with my soon to be ex wife. I've known John since college and he failed to inform me of any of the loan details and ended up closing the loan without my knowledge. Georgia is a martial property state and what he doesn't know is it will be reported to state of Wisconsin and to Federal commission. Overall he is a swindler in my opinion. Another referral I sent him was basically told his mother was a deadbeat after looking at his credit and asking whose loan a car loan was and it had deragatory marks for a loan he co-signed for his mom. In addition he told my friend he was committing fraud for financing a house owner occupied when Johny felt is was non owner occupied. Funny thing is Jon now is living in a house that someone else is on the loan and is doing the same thing he claimed someone else is doing. Overall he is not the kind of person you want to deal with. read more
