On April 14th a new check that was issued to me, was in my mailbox. Now I am without insurance for over 30 days. You might not know this, but I'm sure that they do, but this is a big deal. So now I am upset and I call my agent. He says hi to me using my first name. So I am in his phone as a client. He basically tells me to contact the agent that took over my vehicles as he can't help me. This is how they help you. They take your money until you actually need them to stand up for you, then they tell you they can't help. I am paying for trusting this stranger with my well-being. He doesn't care about anyone but himself. Be aware of that.
