As the Board President, I made arrangements to meet with several contractors and our assigned AOI representative Kelly after the basement was pumped dry. While this was a NEW experience for me & the Board, Kelly assured us that she would keep us informed/funded during th entire recovery process that eventually lasted about five months. As one can imagine, we had to work with major contractors (inc WPS) and smaller (one/two person) shops who could not afford to wait weeks/MONTHS to be paid, something that Kelly was completely aware/respectful of. I can not underestimate how valuable AOI and Kelly were during the process which (in some estimates) got owners back into their units months earlier that initial guesstimates.

She refused to quote me a rate on a car unless I bundled everything (I currently have everything with state farm) The woman was rather unpleasant and finally I just had to ask her "so you cannot give a quote for a single car?" She replied no and I hung up. Guess I'm sticking with State Farm - if the service is that horrible just signing up , how bad will it be if I have a claim. Very disappointed with the Appleton office!! Maybe another office will have better service.
