The biggest change has been a business I started 4 yrs ago. I feel it was his job to touch base once a year and review my needs, she what's changed, etc. Matt called me after he got the cancelations & told me he had reached out to me. He's sent bday & Xmas cards. Never did he reach out re: my insurance needs. I changed cars several times over 20 yrs. The cars got more expensive, and the coverage was never changed, other than going to a lot. I worked hard to raise my credit score to over 800, never saw a decrease.
