We never had a problem with our insurance policy until now.Even after I provided my 10 year driving abstract showing him proof my license wasn't never suspended or revoked during the 3 year time frame he required for me to have insurance.Joel still gave me the middle finger smh. Also he had me drive all the way to Illinois for nothing and pay for another abstract.Talking about I need a letter saying my license was surrendered.Ok So I went and while waiting at the Illinois dmv.I got call back from State Farm corporate office about the complaint I filed against this crazy man."They told me sorry for the bad service I received and the issue is now resolved and they have reinstating my policy. And that I was right that it was a error on Joel and his underwriter lol I knew it rookies. So Guys please run fast to another State Farm Office like I did be doesn't have a clue what he doing and will cancel your policies out without notice like he did me and my wife.I strongly don't recommend this location.Brad Prentice office is good he is my new agent.‍

Adjustments to our policies based on these changing needs were always tended to. And, yes, we ran into a payment deadline as well. The Bock staff caught it, we were notified, and I hand delivered a check to their office to make up for our oversight. Simple. We moved out of state last year to tend to aged parents. If Bock were licensed in our new home state we would still be clients.

I dropped my vehicles from my policy in order to save $1200/year. I was getting them set up and forgot to mail in my homeowners insurance payment. It was a human error that I take full responsibility for. I got a letter on March 20th stating I would be cancelled if payment wasn't received by March 30th. On April 4th, the check was cashed. On April 14th a new check that was issued to me, was in my mailbox. Now I am without insurance for over 30 days. You might not know this, but I'm sure that they do, but this is a big deal. So now I am upset and I call my agent. He says hi to me using my first name. So I am in his phone as a client. He basically tells me to contact the agent that took over my vehicles as he can't help me. This is how they help you. They take your money until you actually need them to stand up for you, then they tell you they can't help. I am paying for trusting this stranger with my well-being. He doesn't care about anyone but himself. Be aware of that.
