As my agent and I inquired frequently to try to resolve the issue, I ended up having to hire an attorney and threaten the sellers with legal action. 5 months later, I find the sellers were advised by Diane to just ignore our requests and it was sure to go away. Thankfully the seller I eventually was able to connect with was reasonable and paid me for the repairs.
