Was told the only fee would be $50 for a restocking fee. This am I found my phone and brought it the new 17 iPhone to return it and activate my old phone / receive my refund. I was told today it's impossible to return the $1,000 fee. I was not happy and called customer service, the rep through Verizon was helpful & told me to go back to the store as they can refund me. The "manager" was extremely rude to myself and the Verizon rep. She even told me they would not help me & told me to leave, even after the Verizon rep was willing to walk her through the process. I have never been treated so poorly by any business & will be taking further action.

The staff is always friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. My husband has a fairly complex prescription, and they handle it beautifully every time. I usually take advantage of the two-pair deals as affordable backups since I wear contacts most of the time, and the value is excellent. What really stood out to me recently, though, was the compassion and community-mindedness of the team. They recently helped a vulnerable young person that I care deeply about. Although they don't accept Medicaid/BadgerCare, everyone was understanding, kind, and genuinely wanted to help. The manager was especially compassionate, and the opticians went above and beyond to make the experience positive and supportive. To top it off, they were able to complete one pair of glasses in just 8 minutes! You can teach customer service, but you can't teach genuine kindness and heart -- and this team clearly has both. I cannot say enough good things about this place. And the staff and doctors on the vision screening side are top notch too!!

The guy who actually worked on my laptop was not AND I ended up being charged more than double the price that I was quoted. I brought my laptop in because the keyboard wasn't working after reinstalling windows. They called me a few days later saying the battery doesn't work anymore and they were going to take it apart and do all this other stuff. The battery was fine and didn't end up being replaced or anything, but it had been sitting around uncharged for about 3 months. I told him it probably needs to be plugged in overnight and he started arguing with me over the phone about how that doesn't matter and I don't know what I'm talking about it. He said that only applies to car batteries. I convinced him to at least try it before replacing anything, and lo and behold, it charged and turned on. Lithium ion batteries can lose capacity if left uncharged for too long. That is simply a fact. When I went to pick up my laptop the next day the price was DOUBLE what I was originally quoted because the worker did a bunch of completely unnecessary work on the innards of the laptop when all that needed to be done was a reinstall of the original Acer software and drivers. They even admitted as much but still insisted on charging me for the work. On my original visit we were discussing a few upgrades that I was doing on my PC and they were going to install the parts for me when they arrived from Amazon, but after the fiasco with my laptop I will NEVER give them any business ever again. They lost a customer for life just so they could rip me off for $80 dollars. Disgraceful.

I only wish I could've avoided surgery but, it is what it is. two more months of nearly being blind and hopefully everything will be fine. I don't know if they do cataracts there but the doctor that examined me ensured me that the place I was going to go is a Good choice. So I decided to pull the trigger and get it done. 2 months to go before I can see again. Stressful being nearly blind.

The Walmart reservation system had some kind of glitch because the appointment I had made a few days earlier did not show up, even though a woman on duty there remembered entering it. But Scott went the extra mile to help us. Even though it was nearly the end of his work day, he created a new appointment on the spot and took us into the testing area to do thorough testing. It took longer than normal because my friend was a Swahili speaker and so I and another friend he brought along (a native Swahili speaker with some English skills to augment my rough Swahili) were translating slowly. For the interview and lens testing, they had an outside translating service with a professional translator, but the line dropped after a while and so we were back to slower translation. But Scott stayed cheerful and patient, and displayed really impressive people skills with my friend, making the experience very positive even fun. I would almost recommend that medical professionals go get an eye exam from Scott to learn how to treat prone with kindness and a focus on their needs. I later learned that Scott stated well past the end of his work day (I think 30 minutes past) to help us. The result was a lens system he could test as a prototype that delighted him with clear vision for the first time. Big smile! Glasses will be ready in a few more days. Scott's kindness and sacrifice really touched me. He said he was just happy to help a customer. I could tell he was all about service. One of the best customer service experiences ever. Also much lower cost than other places. $88 for the exam, and the glasses were also very reasonable.

How this went: I called, asked if I could hold - sure. Hung up on me. OK.. Called back a few minutes later to be put on hold again. Waited a few minutes and Linda answered. I asked if they accepted care credit. She asks her associate if the accept share credit. Care. Care. She's talking over me. They do. Great. Please quote me a basic eye exam without vision insurance. She says they run the insurance the day before the appointment.... Linda, I don't have vision insurance, please quote without insurance. She says office visit is $59. I ask if that will give me my glasses prescription. She says no that's just the office visit. OK, Linda, then can you quote me for the exam with a prescription? She says "the doctor will write you a prescription at the end of the exam, that's how it always works." you literally just told me that didn't come with the prescription, then told me it always does like I'm some kind of dumby. Wth Linda?! Since lenscrafters is the same price and has competent people answering the phones, I'll be going there instead. Tl;Dr crappy phone service, doesn't listen to answer questions properly, unsure and mixed answers.
