Receiver order April 18th. Oxygen meter overnight machine. May 5 I called myself since they hadn't.

I am continuously astonished by the poor quality of customer service at ThedaCare At Home in Appleton. Their service reps and customer service reps are very often condescending and unhelpful. They make the customer feel like an intruder, a burden to bear and get rid of. It is my experience that they communicate very poorly with customers. For a long time, I had to go there because of my insurance, but now they just tricked me again. I needed a mobility scooter, and I stopped there because there are relatively few such dealers in the area. They told me about an upcoming sale, and spend a fair amount of time convincing me that they had a full, competent parts and service department. However, the battery to my unit was defective from the start. They finally took it in, and told me that they needed to order a new battery from the manufacturer. I checked with every other place in the area that sells mobility scooters, and they all had spare batteries available. Not ThedaCare. Also, there is apparently only one person there who can service these scooters, and he was on vacation. therefore, I'll have to wait at least a week for an essential piece of medical equipment. This would not have been an issue with any other dealer, only ThedaCare. read more
