Santiago wouldn't come out to talk. The counter rep says their policy is one transaction per credit card (which is not true), but this had nothing to do in reference to not selling my son pokemon cards. I spoke with another manager there (Josh), and it didn't seem like he cared or showed any concern. He even made a comment in reference to "it's just pokemon". i called corporate and reported the incident. Most likely nothing will happen to fix this issue or compensate us for the poor service, but just wanted the community to be aware of the people working there.
