We've had trouble in the past with tech help because either they aren't super familiar with Macs; they're mean and condescending to us; or their only solution is "nuke the system" which means hours and hours of downtime to clear everything off of the computer and then reinstall everything. I recently got a brand new router, modem, and Wi-Fi access dish, and it increased my speed by 10X what I was able to use for a fairly good price of only 400, and it's upgradeable, so it will absolutely last a long time. They have amazing customer service, as I know for a fact, the guy who runs this company is incredibly stubborn and will try every last method he safely can to try and fix the issue. 11/10 would highly recommend for any PC or custom routers
