After explaining to him my needs and price range, he proceeded to select glasses that met my specifications and kept handing me different pairs to try on in front of the mirror. This is a situation where too many options is almost as difficult as not having enough. I probably tried on a good 20 pairs while I was there. I was initially dead set on another pair of Spy Optic glasses, but after trying on a particular pair of Oakleys, the fireworks went off and I knew I had found my new pair. I do my best to buy from local independents whenever I get the chance and I am really glad I did in this situation. I had to wait over an hour multiple times for my appointment. There was no apologies. Also the surgery felt rushed . I felt like I was in a production line. I did my best to explain it from a lay person perspective. She set my paperwork in my lap that America's Best sent over and asked me to tell her where the detail was in the paperwork. (I told her I had already removed my contacts for care). When I made mention of, and not understanding, reason for negative treatment she brought her tech back into exam. I only needed to pick them up, they were paid for, they didn't wait for my payment and I couldn't understand having me wait while others were helped. I don't have names. Another chance lost. No more chances from me.
