They gave me a prescription to correct Eyemarts mistake . Eyemart Express put new lenses in my frames and they were so bad I was afraid in would fall or get into a car accident . They said they just followed the prescription. I asked for my money back , and they refunded it . Most of the people were very courteous but they've wasted much of my time and I had to make 4 trips there and I still don't have glasses . I'll never go back or recomend them to anyone, they were a complete waste of time !

They both appreciated my son's work and dug right in checking that all the parts were in the box. There were a few missing so they helped me select the right parts for me and went to work. In about a week, I had a functional 30 year old bicycle which rode, shifted and stopped like a new one. I dropped them off at the specified time and they didn't do anything with them for the hour I waited. They said they got too busy with customers. I expressed that scheduled appts should take priority. Then another sales rep said that I shouldn't have been scheduled for this time and that I wasn't in the system. I definitely was scheduled over the phone so someone screwed up. If I wasn't in the system, why did you take my glasses from me to have them worked on? The second sales rep who said I wasn't in the system, did agree to stay past closing to quickly cut the lenses. I agreed because I have a small window to get it done. I'm skeptical they will be done well in the short/rushed time frame. That being said, while I waited and typed this review, she issued me a $50 refund. That was a good business move.

They had $150 off both frames and contacts... great, right?! Nope. Even though I said I was willing to wait for my frames (the discount had to come off the contacts first and I had to wait for my trial lens) they said it would be a really long wait and that I should just order the frames. I do understand that this was my decision but they told me it might take a month or longer for the trial lens. Imagine my shock when the trials came in before the frames... first lie! I paid over $500 for this visit!!!! I was told this included the cost of both the lens and the frames so I was content. Second lie!!! This was for the frames only!! Now I know some of you are going to say I should have read and asked questions as to what I was signing up for. You are right!! However, I still live in a world where I believe in honest salespeople, especially when they are right in front of me. On top of all of this, the service was absolutely horrible. A staff member provides a comprehensive review of the boat and it's features, and then you are free to cruise the blue-green waters of the Chain O' Lakes all day. The pontoon (20' Hydrotherapy) was clean and comfortable, the canopy kept us shaded when the sun was hot, you have swim stairs in case you want to stop at a sandbar and cool off, and there were no issues at all with the motor. Plus they give you a map showing the lakes in the chain, detailing which ones are no-wake so the day was relaxing and trouble-free from start to finish.
