However, after speaking with Matt at Xplosive, I left better informed and confident that I was going to enjoy my experience with his company. From my initial consultation, Matt treated me as an equal, though he knew everything and I knew nothing. He waled me through what would give me the best "bang for my buck". I am no spendthrift, so walking me through an expense I deem a splurge was no easy task for the poor guy. Never did I feel bad about a question. And he used every means of communication, from in person, to email, to eventual phone. All the while, he guided me through the process. And with a time crunch, he even obliged me an early install. My car was dropped off at 9am and completed by 3pm (do NOT hold him to that kind of speedy delivery!). Matt fit the subwoofer and amp addition within my budget and completely the work with aplomb. It was pretty busy in there this afternoon. The line to checkout was very long. You couldn't really browse easily without bumping into people or being asked to move so someone could get past you. Just too much stuff crammed into a tight space. But... good deals! And that's what you go for I suppose!

I am now stuck with 3 phones all less than 3 months old and I'm out $220 dollars. $43 of it is for a month of service which I never received, and they won't reimburse me for. When my boyfriend and I went to the store to return a phone, an employee threatened to jump over the counter and kick his ass While he was holding our son. We have went through every avenue to simply get my money back including the police, but have gotten no money reimbursed and no justice. The employee denies everything. This isn't even the entire story. My point is, under no circumstances should anyone shop for phones or service through boost mobile, especially not this store. I am now with a different cell phone company who takes care of their customers and treats them right!

I believe their names were Jake and Ryan. They are so off putting, it almost makes me physically sick. I went in with a broken phone, it was sent in to be repaired and I was given a loaner phone. After 2 weeks of no word, I called for a status update, and got the voicemail...2 days later someone returned my call, without even acknowledging my message, but just that my phone was in. I went in to get my new phone, and was told I could leave as everything was syncing to my phone, and it would continue as I reconnected to wifi. It didn't. I returned to the store and he muffled 'ug it always does that.' ...why in the world would you have me leave then, if it always does that? Three days later, my photos still have not downloaded fully. Went in to see if they could help. Was told they were there, but would take probably a week to fully download. ...it's been 3 days and I haven't had any progress. They said it only works with wifi..I'm a stay at home mom, who is always connected to wifi. Basically, they are useless and idiots and treat me as though I'm an inconvenience and want to do as very little as possible to help me. Last time I checked, that was not good customer service.

They even projected images of our guests onto a projector screen next to the dance floor. A lot of our guests loved that. On top of that, they are very organized, and made the whole process easy. They are also great at communication. Nic always got back to me in a timely manner with all my questions. We would definitely recommend them again!
