My wife bought a phone from them and the screen just stopped working after an update. I went to them and their business hours is not correct. Waited 2 hours till they were finally opened. They charged me $30 to lift up the screen and just put it back on. After I got home The phone made an automatic update and that's when the camera stopped working. I went back and I waited again a really long time for them to open. I was quoted $100 to fix the camera. There's nothing wrong with the camera. It's just not recognizing the camera since it's not the original Apple camera. I said I got this phone from them. Can I just "switch" the phone with a different one. I was declined and said it will just be a trade in value and will need additional money ($300) to make that switch. I came back to the store again today to bite the bullet to fix that camera. Once again they do NOT open at 10:30/11. I waited till 12 before I left cause my lunch break is over. I am never going back here. Just giving everyone a heads up warning. Do not go here unless you like just throwing away money

AAA CELL PHONES ARE CROOKS…read more Don't wasted your hard earned money!! I gave them a perfect iPhone 15 Pro barely use and they gave me an iPhone 12 and $85. In trade which was a crime in itself, but I was in desperate need and took it. When I got home I quickly found the had repaired the screen with a non apple screen which made it where u couldn't use face recognition or fingerprint and u couldn't scan any codes. I asked him for another phone since he offered a 3 month warranty and he refused. He has over 1000 iPhones and couldn't do one right thing and replace an unusable $200 iPhone. He was still happy to have my iPhone 15 Pro selling for $800+!! Don't throw away your money!! AAA cell pro 1511 S Bowen Arlington Tx 817-404-4096

I…read morefeel like as a former costumer, the day I got a new phone the employee, Aubrey, was very sweet and helped me understand what I did not. However, my phone did not work. So, I went back and Aubrey ordered a new phone for me and was told to pick it up starting as of january 17th. Today, I went to pick up the new phone and the manager on shift,Alex, saw how he's employee, Cobi, disrespected me. I was told to go to the manufacturer or pay for the new phone. When the manager was aware that the new phone I got was a bad phone to begin with. Again, it's not about the money it's about the fact that the manager allowed his employee to be so rude. The manager was just as nasty and rude as his employee and it's unacceptable. Overall bad service would not recommend. I advise everyone to please research the phone companies you got with and pay close attention to the manufacturer. The address is 818 E Abram St Arlington, TX 76010
