Do not shop at any of these stores. I bought a lawnmower battery from the store in Hulen. The battery was dead when I went to put it on my trickle charger as my lawn mower had not been delivered. I took the battery back to the Hulen store and was told I couldn't return the battery because it was dead. I was told to bring it to this store. The store manager told me the same thing and then called me a liar and told me I used the battery and that they tested the battery before they sold it to me. Which they did not do in front of me when it was sold to me. So I was sold a faulty battery, told I was a liar and now i'm out $80 of which I at least got store credit but they still robbed me of $80. Wait the 3 extra days and buy it on Amazon or spend the extra $20 at another place that honors their return policy. Worst customer service i've ever seen. read more

Bought a $ 200 X2 lithium battery and X2 Pro charger , after a few months it stopped working . Took it to location they checked it out they said it was all good . Took it home, connected it and immediately the battery showed dead when I connected it. I called the Location Tristen answered and said I would have to go through the testing and charging process again. I told him I would like to talk to store manager because what he is telling me doesn't make sense as I understand parasitic draw but don't think it could happen in 10 seconds and that the battery would not charge last time or this time with the X2 power charger . When I asked for store manager or district manager info Tristen hung up on me . I tried to call back and Tristen wouldn't answer the phone . Later in the day I called back and said did " I called earlier did mean to hang up on me . " Tristen's reply " absolutely the Manager will be here Monday-Friday " then hung up on me . If you get a battery and don't ever have an issue this might be an ok place to buy . But if you have an issue and want them to stand by the warranty you are out of luck and will have to call corporate or go to another location because Tristen doesn't care one bit of you are a customer . read more

I have a iPhone 13 max pro and I got my screen fixed for $200. It was not functioning properly. Three days after the repair the screen would not dim without having a black line across the top. Two days after that it fell with an outer-box case on it and the screen completely went black. I came to see if they could do something to reimburse me or fix it. I was turned away out of $200 and was expected to pay $150 to fix it again. The original purchased the repair on 11/15 my brother's death date and it spent 2hrs waiting on my phone to get fixed. I guess the problem that I have with the store is it's a franchise and I guess according to the person and the only person that was in the store running the store while I was waiting 10 minutes for him to exchange a car battery for a guy because unfortunately millennials don't know how to change batteries I guess anymore I went online and saw CR 2032 battery for $3.99 and when I got there it was $6.99 according to him because it was a franchise. Sorry, I didn't read anything that said franchise prices were more than what was listed on the website I mean obviously you're making money from fixing phones and whatever you do there but basically grab a battery out of a 24 pack and hand it to me and say that'll be 6.99 kind of shocked me and not even taking in consideration that my time is not worth anything since had to wait for him for 10 minutes while he was changing somebody else's battery. But asthma millennials he didn't give a shit said it's a franchise. Sorry I don't set the rules OK. Talk about great customer service. I brought my watch here, got curbside service and they told me something is wrong with the watch itself after they put the battery in. Instead of charging me for the battery they just took it back out and handed the watch back. That's really nice. They could've charged me for the service but they chose not to. Repeated bad service. First time spent almost $300 to get a key fob rush ordered for my truck. Lasted 2 months and they wouldn't do anything for me. Dropped a battery off this morning to get charged for my home security system. Paid and left a number to call when it was ready. Gentlemen said a couple hours. We have been going to this store for many years because the staff was always helpful. Today we needed new batteries for a watch and asked to set the time for us since we just had daylight savings change. The man first refused, then reluctantly set the clock but it was the wrong time. My husband went back in , the man adjusted it but the day of the week is still wrong. They used to do this for us but this is a new employee. We are elderly and have difficulty with this watch. Extremely helpful staff and were able to get me just the replacement battery that I needed for my laptop. The battery wasn't in stock (surprising with the huge supply in house!), but they were able to order it right then and it arrived the very next day for an extremely low shipping charge. They called when my battery arrived and I was able to pick it up the day after. Best Buy doesn't carry laptop batteries at all, so come here for them. This place is fantastic! The battery in my UVerse backup died - leaving me w/out cable, Internet, or PS4. After an hour on the phone with AT&T and the battery manufacturer, I was told I could go to any store and they could set me up with a new backup battery. Went to Best Buy, where they tried to sell me a $100 glorified surge protector...not what I needed. They were totally unfamiliar with what I was asking for. After a wasted hour and a half, I went over to Batteries + Bulbs, where they not only knew exactly what I was talking about, but replaced my battery in less than 20 mins, for only $40! (All while chatting with me about Game of Thrones the whole time!) These guys know their stuff, I'll definitely be back...and not waste my time with less-knowledgable Best Buy guys first! read more

Took my cracked cell phone to be repaired. Picked my repaired phone up and noticed a short time later the screen was ultra sensitive. Could barely send a text without multiple errors. Returned with my phone and employees claimed to have fixed the problem. A short time later, I noticed my home button was protruding from the screen. Issue was not present prior to returning the phone. Aware the home button would be damaged soon, I returned the phone to the store. Employees fixed the home button; however, the screen sensitivity issue returned. I paid almost $100 dollars to have my screen repaired only for the store to create new issues. read more
