I have never been so happy to look foolish. They were very nice and didn't try to take me for my money. Just showed me what it was and let me drive off. Thank you for being absolute professionals.

Joshua nor Lloyd ( the owner) do not care about doing right by their consumers. We are owed $325 and until I see it, I will make sure every TCU student and family member knows to steer clear of this sketchy establishment. We love Fort Worth and have had nothing but good experiences - until now. It's not about the money, it's about the honesty. Taking advantage of a 19 year old girl who you know needs her phone to work, is absolutely despicable . In addition, assuming my college student has nothing productive to do, and I quote "she can come back to the store she has nothing going on," is gross. She is a scholar student who also has two jobs. No wonder your business is run this way. Next up - Tcu parents page via Facebook. We may have been screwed by I won't let another Tcu family. Go straight to Apple Store next time. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE!! I took my iPhone 14 in…read morefor a $25 diagnostic because it wouldn't power on. During this "diagnostic," zach broke my front glass. He claimed "it happens often" and said he'd replace it for free, but I never authorized him to even open the phone to that extent. I had insurance that would have covered a proper repair; I was only there for the diagnostic. By the time I arrived, he had already installed a new battery and a cheap screen without my consent. The craftsmanship is awful: the glass protrudes so far out it doesn't even fit in my case anymore. It's puffing right where the battery is located, why is a brand new battery already swelling? On top of the bad install, they used the cheapest aftermarket screen on the market (it costs $36 ), yet they charge near $200. That is an 82% profit margin for a screen that is barely responsive and looks grey. Their website claims they warranty FAULTY CRAFTSMANSHIP, but zach did everything possible to dodge that warranty. I paid $184 for them to break my phone further and hand me back a device with significantly less value. If you have a high odds of shattering phones during a simple diagnostic, customers should be told that upfront. Don't trust them with your device unless you want it returned in worse condition than when you brought it in. I have included similar experiences below.

On April 30th 2026, I reached out to Mobile repair labs and everything seemed fine, he asked for my…read morephone type and color and ordered everything that same day and I paid $209 that same day, he informed me that the parts will come the following day and he'll come and fix my phone. He shows up at 9pm on the 3rd of May and fixes my phone in 20 minutes tops. He hands the phone back and it appears to be good but then I immediately got a "not a genuine Apple component" message and he says it'll go away after three days. I paid the remainder of the bill 104.91 and thought everything was good. Immediately after he left I noticed my screen wasn't the same in the dark. I can see the back light and every time I tapped it was like pressing on a flat screen tv. My camera wasn't picking up in the dark like it was before, my phone would dim randomly even though my brightness was at a fixed position it was over heating. This Man replaced my genuine oled apple screen for a cheap $40 lcd screen and charged me $300 dollars for it. I reached out immediately and told him what was going on he said he'd order the parts and they'd be here on Tuesday the 5th, I reached out and asked for an update he said fedex messed up the timing of delivery and it'll be here on Wednesday the 6th(still in may). I reached out again on Wednesday from a different phone number I immediately got a response for a quote because he thought he had a new victim. I told him who I was and asked for an update only to be ghosted. Please do not go to this person if you care about genuine parts and service. I will admit he "fixed" the phone fairly quick but skimped out on cheap Chinese parts for a better profit whilst costing me more . Tisk tisk tisk.
