And AT&T overall lies about how much you'll be paying the first time and the numbers they give you at first are false do not believe them there are even commercials making fun of AT&T bills not being what they said. Manager sucks ass here the rest of staff are doing what they need to do and that's all that matters

They…read moreshipped my internet to the wrong address, and I walked an hour to the store because I knew I had an active account. Brian was trying to help me through email, but when I went to the store like he told me, they said they would have someone call me. No one ever called. Brian later found out they sent my equipment to the wrong house. He told me to go back to the store again. I walked another hour, and when I got there they said they "don't do nonprofit business accounts" even though I already had an account with them. That made no sense at all. Then they tried to make ME pay for the mistake THEY made. Why would any company expect a customer to pay for their error? We already pay enough for mistakes made by people in higher positions. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. If you are a nonprofit, do NOT go to this location. They will make you pay for their mistakes, and the staff is rude especially the girl with the fake eyelashes and the attitude. She made the whole experience worse. and the store Manager was not great

Communication was great going back-and-forth with one of the workers there but once we signed, there was no more communication. Pretty much being ignored.. so long story short we decided not to go with T-Mobile and stick with our original plan with a different company and we ended up having to pay stocking fees for those GPS trackers that we never wanted. $65 restocking fee. T-Mobile and your employees at the one off of Lamar in Arlington Texas could definitely do better.

My wife bought a phone from them and the screen just stopped working after an update. I went to them and their business hours is not correct. Waited 2 hours till they were finally opened. They charged me $30 to lift up the screen and just put it back on. After I got home The phone made an automatic update and that's when the camera stopped working. I went back and I waited again a really long time for them to open. I was quoted $100 to fix the camera. There's nothing wrong with the camera. It's just not recognizing the camera since it's not the original Apple camera. I said I got this phone from them. Can I just "switch" the phone with a different one. I was declined and said it will just be a trade in value and will need additional money ($300) to make that switch. I came back to the store again today to bite the bullet to fix that camera. Once again they do NOT open at 10:30/11. I waited till 12 before I left cause my lunch break is over. I am never going back here. Just giving everyone a heads up warning. Do not go here unless you like just throwing away money

I asked him for another phone since he offered a 3 month warranty and he refused. He has over 1000 iPhones and couldn't do one right thing and replace an unusable $200 iPhone. I am the founder of a legally registered Texas nonprofit, and today Verizon told me my company…read more"wasn't real." That is disrespectful and completely false. My organization is registered with the Texas Secretary of State, has an EIN, a UEI, SAM.gov registration, and full federal verification. AT&T and T‑Mobile verified my nonprofit instantly with no issues. Verizon telesales kept sending me to the store, and when I got there the store said they couldn't do anything because they don't have access to telesales systems. This has happened more than once. It's a complete runaround and a waste of time. Instead of verifying my real documents, the rep pushed me off to a store two hours away. No one took responsibility, no one helped, and I was treated like I was the problem when the issue was Verizon's broken verification system and untrained staff. If you are a business owner or nonprofit founder, avoid Verizon. They do not know how to verify legitimate organizations and will waste your time. REPEAT DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE

So, I went back and Aubrey ordered a new phone for me and was told to pick it up starting as of january 17th. Today, I went to pick up the new phone and the manager on shift,Alex, saw how he's employee, Cobi, disrespected me. I was told to go to the manufacturer or pay for the new phone. When the manager was aware that the new phone I got was a bad phone to begin with. Again, it's not about the money it's about the fact that the manager allowed his employee to be so rude. The manager was just as nasty and rude as his employee and it's unacceptable. Overall bad service would not recommend. I advise everyone to please research the phone companies you got with and pay close attention to the manufacturer. The address is 818 E Abram St Arlington, TX 76010
