Brian was trying to help me through email, but when I went to the store like he told me, they said they would have someone call me. No one ever called. Brian later found out they sent my equipment to the wrong house. He told me to go back to the store again. I walked another hour, and when I got there they said they "don't do nonprofit business accounts" even though I already had an account with them. That made no sense at all. Then they tried to make ME pay for the mistake THEY made. Why would any company expect a customer to pay for their error? We already pay enough for mistakes made by people in higher positions. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. If you are a nonprofit, do NOT go to this location. They will make you pay for their mistakes, and the staff is rude especially the girl with the fake eyelashes and the attitude. She made the whole experience worse. and the store Manager was not great

My organization is registered with the Texas Secretary of State, has an EIN, a UEI, SAM.gov registration, and full federal verification. AT&T and T‑Mobile verified my nonprofit instantly with no issues. Verizon telesales kept sending me to the store, and when I got there the store said they couldn't do anything because they don't have access to telesales systems. This has happened more than once. It's a complete runaround and a waste of time. Instead of verifying my real documents, the rep pushed me off to a store two hours away. No one took responsibility, no one helped, and I was treated like I was the problem when the issue was Verizon's broken verification system and untrained staff. If you are a business owner or nonprofit founder, avoid Verizon. They do not know how to verify legitimate organizations and will waste your time. REPEAT DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE
