We didn't think much of it Bc they offer a "lifetime warranty". We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up. He looked at the phone & said it isn't their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem. He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue. He said, "Well, you have an original screen". I told him that I didn't realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn't be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders. I told him that we already spent a lot of money on the screen & didn't want to pay $180 more. He said he couldn't help us under warranty & suggested that my daughter "go be more careful with her phone". Place stinks. Would never use them again. Headed to buy a new phone now. Wish I had never wasted time or money here.

Getting the back glass replaced was $89 + tax and when I paid, she held down the receipt covering the tip line. Whether that was intentional or not, I appreciate that she didn't ask for a tip. She called when it was ready and it was right on time of what she estimated. The phone looks great and when I walked in, she was trying to polish the scuffs off (there was no hope). The replacement also comes with a 30 day warranty. Friendly customer service and quickly repaired the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to return, but hopefully I won't need to!

Dr Smart Phones was running an add on fb to fix iPhone 6 - !!!…read moreBUT - I drove to the wrong Dr of cell phone repair - the place I ended up (Dr Cell Phone) offered to match the price. I'm lazy - I had Dr Cell Phone fix my cracked screen - WHAT A STUPID MISTAKE THAT WAS! They aligned the screen incorrectly so that when it was sealed, it was bearing pressure - eventually the screen gave way to a new crack after only a few days. The phone had been cased the whole time and never experienced any sort of impact. Dr. Evil Cell Phone refused to repair or refund - . It was obvious they had no clue what had happened .... Dr Smart Phone knew right away - they were able to clearly see that the crack was a result of a misaligned screen repair.
