Today I went to a different TMobile to ask about my order since they said my order might take longer so I decided to port my number in the first. The guy told me if I portal my number in with my old phone the promotion won't apply when I get the new phone. So the girl from the other day ported my phone without asking me if I wanted to port it and like I said didn't know what she was doing. Mind you, I did call TMobile customer service and they were able to put me in the plan I wanted and was able to add the promotion that was included that the girl said it wasn't included on the plan I picked.
