The soup gets an "E" too. They used a chicken stock, not broth. Cooks know the difference and I am a cook. The dumplings were fried well, brown on one side and the pork filling was delicious. The pork fried frice was delicious. The rice was properly cooked with onions, bean sprouts, and fried egg. They made it the original way, no short cuts. The scallion patties were new to me. It was a little greasy and could have used a little seasoning. I heated them in the microwave on a paper towel and seasoned them with a little salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Then it was really good! I will make this restaurant my favorite Asian restaurant for now on because their flavor meets my own
