They truly care about health of clients. Liz listened to what I was trying to achieve and then worked her magic in just 45 mins. I showed a reference photo and confirmed ahead of time that I was booking the correct service. The ponytail was frizzy and not styled how I asked. The stylist mainly sprayed a lot of hairspray, brushed it back, and said I was done. When I asked for curls in the pony, I was told it was extra, which was frustrating since I had called beforehand to confirm the service. A few curls were added, but only part of the pony was curled and it wasn't set or sprayed. Overall, it did not look polished or photo-ready, and I left feeling really disappointed, especially since this was for such an important moment. I wish expectations and services had been communicated more clearly.
