It's hard to walk away from something as expensive as a total roof replacement feeling good, but,…read morethat said, my experience with Hefferan Roofing was absolutely as good as could be. Communication was thorough and timely. Multiple samples were delivered to my home, to ensure I was happy with the color of shingles to be installed. The price for the whole service was well within reason. Since I had my roof done at an unpopular time (winter), I had the full crew at my disposal. Thus, they must have set a new record for how quickly the work was completed. The old roof was removed and the new roof installed in practically no time at all. It felt like Santa's elves were working magic up there! A serious effort was made to protect my yard from debris (though I will say, I wish they would have thoroughly moved back the heavy stones they used to hold down the tarps). All in all, this whole process was about as painless as I could have hoped. Thanks very much for the outstanding work! I would certainly recommend Hefferan Roofing to friends and neighbors.

We recently noticed some loose fascia on the side under the gutter. We called Brian to see if he could give us a quote to fix it, since it was 13 years since it was installed. He showed up the same day! Pulled out his ladder, checked it out, got his tools and fixed it on the spot! When he climbed down the ladder, he explained that it was actually an area he had not worked on, but since he was there, he figured he'd fix it! No charge! Amazing! To fix something that wasn't even his problem! Amazing service! Amazing person! Laurie Gorney

We were impressed that, when there was a question on water flow, they did a bunch of tests to make sure it would flow correctly. It took them quite a bit of time on the roof, but they made sure it was perfect before they left. Another company might have said, "good enough" and left. They also repaired the garage door trim so our home looks great. We had great communication with Erin in the office and our salesman Mike helped us get no interest financing. The addition needed the entire roof replaced, and they came highly recommended to me by a coworker. I went with them and we are so glad we did. They came out to quote, and Chris the Project Manager was really thorough and explained everything that needed to be done. He mentioned if anything was uncovered what would also have to happen. We felt really confident in choosing them for the job. Yes the quote was higher than the roofer we had in during the inspection of the property, however, that roofer is listed in these reviews as a company that AB had to help a customer fix their work, so we were fine with the pricing. During the roof replacement we found we needed additional work done, but this was all discussed upfront as a possibility, so was not a surprise. The work was done quickly, and so well. Fast forward to March, and there was a leak that was in our master bathroom. The contractor on the house has been shady and not wanting to help with this as he "never touched the roof". We decided to finally just go back to AB as we knew they would help quickly and do the best job possible. They also knew about this issue back in December when they were doing the other project, and were there to help if needed they said. How great is that, knowing they would do the work for us and feeling good about it because they really cared. So, I called up Chris the PM, and he got here in about a week. Took a day to do the majority of the work, and even an additional cosmetic fix because of that crazy windstorm we had. They have about one more day left of work, not even, and that was because it rained the other day. We are fully confident that this has fixed the leak, and we can now get to work on the interior fixes in the bathroom. I cannot recommend them more. Go with them, even if they might have a higher quote then another roofer. You will not regret it!

First we started with asking Yelp for help to find roofing contractors for a residential roof…read morerepair. We had moss growing on part of our roof where the sun did not shine most of the year. The moss was forcing some of our shingles to buckle. We also inherited two large areas that were 'repaired' at some point in the past, and those repairs were near failure. Fast forward a bit and we received four estimates for a roof replacement/ updated roof system from different contractors. UV Exteriors' estimate was the most competitively priced by far. We decided to have both the roof on our house and our garage replaced. Overall the sales process was very informative and helpful to us making a decision on our roof; we liked the salespeople from UV Exteriors. The shingles that we had on our roof were apparently called 3-tab shingles and all of the estimating companies stated that they either don't install them or manufacturers no longer make them. So we opted for an upgraded shingle with relief. Our new shingles have copper imbedded in them which prevents the growth of moss. The shingles also have a 50-year warranty, which is a big plus. The UV Exteriors crew arrived sometime before 8am, and they got to work right away. A complete tear-off, and a new installation took a single day by the crew. The crew was kind! Most importantly the installation was wonderfully done AND the mess that a roof tear-off creates was completely managed by the crew. We have not found a single errant shingle, nail, piece of plastic or other debris in our yard or our neighbor's yard. The roofing crew did an amazing job! We appreciate the great job that UV Exteriors did by installing our new roof system, and we highly recommend this roofing company to you!

Not their fault at all, it seemed like they subcontracted the work to some other company when it came time to install, though. Part of the back door wasn't done right so I had to make the comment to the installers that I will have to wait to pay until it was fixed, it got fixed immediately after that. After that, gave them another try to remodel our master bathroom. Met over Zoom June of 2022, met in person later that month, we were ready to sign a contract that day if they had one, but we waited, and waited, and waited. Reached out in early July, then again in late July, told in early August that they'll have the bid for me shortly. Never heard from them again. Decided to try one more time this year for a siding project. Filled out their online form, was called by someone and reached back out mid-June and never heard back. I really don't mind if a company doesn't want to do business with a particular customer, just let me know so I don't spend time trying to reach out and spin my wheels. The ghosting is really unprofessional.
