What could have turned into a $1,200 wall-opening repair ended up costing a couple hundred thanks to Milton's skill and patience. He carefully chipped away at the completely seized cartridge for two solid hours & removed it w/out damaging the valve. I had already received two other estimates, and Trusty Plumbing came in about $50 less, which immediately stood out. After inspecting the situation, they made a thoughtful and honest recommendation: since this was a double-sink bathroom with 40+ year-old faucets, it would be smarter to replace both faucets so they matched--rather than repairing just one (even though the second faucet was still working fine). That made perfect sense, and I appreciated the transparency. Once work began, they discovered that both angle stops were rusted in the "on" position and needed replacement. Almost made a huge mistake not calling Hanna Plumbing when I had a couple sinks that were leaking…read more I first called a big corporate plumbing company who were not one bit interested in fixing the leaks, but insisted I needed the entire faucet fixtures replaced, that they can't be fixed only replaced. Cost greater than $3000, not includiing angle stops or removing one of the sinks to access the plumbing. So I called Hanna Plumbing, they fixed both sinks, cost: $316. The technician they sent was great, and knew his stuff. I will always call Hanna first!

I called on a Thursday for a shut off valve issue with my toilet. In short, I wasn't getting any…read morewater flow from the valve into the tank, so I assumed there was a clog. And if not, this was surely an issue far beyond my level of expertise. Their earliest availability was the following Monday (4 days) later, which was sooner than I expected. They kept me on stand by for the following day (Friday), but no such luck. My service window was 9 AM - 12 PM and two technicians showed up directly to my door around 9:30. Also sooner than I expected. I was impressed not only by the timing but also their sense of direction. Getting to my condo unit can be confusing with the various gate entrances, but these guys clearly knew what they were doing. Most people get lost. Not these guys. This job required a water main shut off in my HOA and they knew exactly where to go. They were friendly and professional and in and out in under 1 hour 30 minutes. The only reason I am at 4 stars is because I was quoted $225 for the job, but was charged $325. That seems a bit off, but the job was done swiftly and so I didn't bother challenging them.
